Yes good point roofer, it's not as if anyone important is driving change.....A plenary session attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and South Korean President Park Geun-hye will be the Forum's highlight event, said the Minister. The EEF will include 52 sessions and 5 international business dialogues (the Russian–Japanese Business Forum, and the Russia–China, Russia–Republic of Korea, Russia–ASEAN and Russia–Germany business dialogues).

Given Amur are a big supporter of FEDF and vice versa, what odds say you on below?The programme is expected to produce the following results:• 21 priority development areas will be established. Yes Peawacks this is juicy I agree....241 chief executives of Russian companies and top managers of certain foreign companies confirmed their participation in the Forum, the minister said. 2,440 individuals from 32 nations confirmed their participation in the EEF by now.The Russian side will present 111 Far Eastern projects at the EEF with total investments over 2.2 trillion rubles ($34.6 bln), Galushka said."However, we have all grounds to believe that the number of agreements and the amount will grow because preparation of certain new agreements for the forum is highly intensive in these two weeks," he added.

“New development mechanisms we have introduced, such as Advanced Special Economic Zones, the Vladivostok Free Port as well as state infrastructure support for investment projects and financial support from the Far East Development Fund have attracted a total of RUB 1.16 billion in investment to the Russian Far East. We will discuss each of these in detail at the Forum. We would also like to present new proposals on how these mechanisms can be developed and improved. We have invited investors to the Forum, because we their feedback is vital to us. We want business to tell us directly what else is required for growth,” said Galushka.


Some tasty stuff being proposed here. Russia is really going for it !

Mad, at the moment I am sitting on the side lines to see what the BOD does re tranch four to CREDE.I am in no rush to to top up just yet.Are CREDE going to try and get the warrants for free? Anything is possible for the time being. I have plenty of dry powder to top up anytime. Have a nice weekend. ATB.

Don't forget the smelter, aprox. $800Mil to start the project. Norilsk would probably buy it . At what price ??? Bent BOD. Don't over expose yourself to this.

Regarded as 'world class' management team by the Russian autorities.
Has no debt.

Where do you see the 'quite risky' part ?

We cannot spike without Crede's permission unless the news is 'big'.You will need to wait I think, but I believe the rewards will come.
