this is ref the previous CVRs (worth potential $85m)






however the 'new' CVRs had these conditions (however they are worth $225m)

if you sell before the deal is finalised you will not get the 'new' CVRs if and when the criterion are fulfilled

I dont know of the last CVR remaining from before the nasdaq listing will still be in force (revenue related).

Here's the various consolidations:

1:8 consolidation of fastnet in 2016
1:6 consolidation of amryt in 2019
1:5 consolidation from aim nasdaq

Sold out yesterday for $14.50 per ADR and now officially out of AMYT.

The CGT computation is going to be some headache!

I'm far from expert, well to be truthful I blooming useless ! But I've been trying to do some working out .... In 2014/15 I bought about 400,000 FST @ an average of approx 2.75p working back from $14.50 for my Amryt's today it equates to just under 7p per fst share so you need to know when consolidations happened, good luck ?

I purchased 100,000 fastnet shares some years ago at 13pence. I've been out of the loop for a while. I remember them being diluted a couple of times. Any idea what I may have by todays values? Need to dig out my certificates.

Its a mute point anyway to be fair. 75m in sales.of Fulsuvez by 2024 is not going to happen so they will expire worthless like the FDA CVRs. We were really done over with these notes.

I've been in since the Fastnet Oil & Gas days.

To be fair the management have done fairly well with the new company in a relatively short period of time.

I'll probably change my car whenever I get my money.

And say goodbye to my share dealing days.

I just don't have the time for it any more.

A great way to kick off 2023, with Chiesi Group set to acquire Amryt Pharma (in an all cash deal) for $14.50/ADS, plus another $2.50/ADS of CVRs based on future #Filsuvez milestones.

All told, the deal is worth $1.48Bn, with the initial $12.50 representing a 107% premium to Fri's $7/ADS close.

A massive congrats to CEO Joseph Wiley, CFO Rory Nealon & the whole Amryt Pharma team.

It's probably been a wash for most on here but anyone holding Fastnet higher than 4p they're still under water.

Cheers Chica More luck than judgement, I'm surprised I hadn't sold on Friday ! Hope no one did ;) been looking a little closer and from Google charts it looks like Feb 21 price high is similar to offer so as long as it bought under that it's a winner , but boy it's been boring lately. Not gonna say I'm right but looking at the highest Amryt price prior to Nasdaq I see it was about 2.20 poundsso x that by 5 = 11 (13.29 dollars) so today's offer is just slightly more than Amryt high in Jan 21........IF I'm right ;)

Just had a quick look in my piles of paper - one lot I bought when it was Fastnet Oil & Gas, excluding the cash payouts over the years it looks like it's doubled in value, albeit that's over 7 years, so was breaking even before the takeover. Not a clue when I bought my other holding. But as you say, nice to be out of a stock listed on a foreign exchange which I keep getting charged custody fees by my firm!
