07/1/2022 16:47 | Almost certainly due to the impending delisting on AIM. I think I recall that AIM represented approx 30% of the market cap. Those shares will shortly be untradeable and out of the market until the conversion takes place and they are delivered to brokers. | onceaday
07/1/2022 16:07 | Very good to see for all those that have decided to move to America ! but if it does work out that we are going in the right direction, I can't help feel for those who threw in the towel. | richpassi

30/12/2021 18:17 | I've been lucky as Halifax already trade them ;) If you want to stay in you are going to have to change broker :( it's going to cost to sell and buy but will it be worth it ......... | richpassi

19/12/2021 13:22 | I have a few of these and the CVRs but I'm not that hopeful. Krystal's recent phase 3 results with their topical gene therapy are pretty stunning. They also had RMAT designation so they have had a lot of interaction with the FDA to date. Amryt didn't meet statistical significance for 90-day target wound closure or the pain endpoint. In the Krystal GEM 3 trial, 71% of wounds treated with VYJUVEKTM achieved the secondary endpoint of investigator assessed complete wound healing at the three-month timepoints as compared to 20% of wounds treated with placebo. That's a HUGE difference in efficacy. | whatno
19/12/2021 12:29 | Does it hurt when your "wondering" cause you have been "wondering" for a long while? | digadee

18/12/2021 16:52 | richpassi. HMRC allows all ISAs to hold Nasdaq listed ADS units (ie Phantom stock), IF & ONLY IF the underlying assets (ie plc shares) are listed. Consequently Amryt ADSs are fine, but after their shares delist from AIM, then NO | brummy_git
18/12/2021 16:47 | richpassi, The very helpful Lady at III that spoke to me said that the situation was still a little uncertain. I’m leaving ours in the ISA for the time being. Good luck | bazworth
18/12/2021 15:49 | What I don't understand is ....at the moment within my online ISA it seems I can purchase amryt on Nasdaq, so why can I purchase them on Nasdaq now but when they delist on aim I can't hold them in an ISA ?It's good to see I'm not gonna be the last Brit standing ! Think we'll be a much smaller group though :( | richpassi |
