The next inflection point will be the EMA"s CHMP decision at the scheduled meeting end of Jan (based on the last RNS)

Almost certainly due to the impending delisting on AIM. I think I recall that AIM represented approx 30% of the market cap. Those shares will shortly be untradeable and out of the market until the conversion takes place and they are delivered to brokers.

Very good to see for all those that have decided to move to America ! but if it does work out that we are going in the right direction, I can't help feel for those who threw in the towel.

I wonder if Amryt could use the Chiasma technology to turn injectable vaccines into oral tablets...

While you can't hold in an ISA you can, usually take money out (ie reverse bed and ISA) and put the money back in if the same FY without penalty

I've been lucky as Halifax already trade them ;) If you want to stay in you are going to have to change broker :( it's going to cost to sell and buy but will it be worth it .........

I have a few of these and the CVRs but I'm not that hopeful. Krystal's recent phase 3 results with their topical gene therapy are pretty stunning. They also had RMAT designation so they have had a lot of interaction with the FDA to date.

Amryt didn't meet statistical significance for 90-day target wound closure or the pain endpoint. In the Krystal GEM 3 trial, 71% of wounds treated with VYJUVEKTM achieved the secondary endpoint of investigator assessed complete wound healing at the three-month timepoints as compared to 20% of wounds treated with placebo. That's a HUGE difference in efficacy.

richpassi.

HMRC allows all ISAs to hold Nasdaq listed ADS units (ie Phantom stock), IF & ONLY IF the underlying assets (ie plc shares) are listed.

Consequently Amryt ADSs are fine, but after their shares delist from AIM, then NO

richpassi,

The very helpful Lady at III that spoke to me said that the situation was still a little uncertain. I’m leaving ours in the ISA for the time being.

Good luck

What I don't understand is ....at the moment within my online ISA it seems I can purchase amryt on Nasdaq, so why can I purchase them on Nasdaq now but when they delist on aim I can't hold them in an ISA ?It's good to see I'm not gonna be the last Brit standing ! Think we'll be a much smaller group though :(
