It's at AMYT's discretion whether they issue cash, shares, or a mixture of both, to holders of the CVR's, Onceaday. Look back at the relevant RNS (August, or September 2019).

Does anyone have any idea how long the ADRs will take to be delivered?

Fingers crossed for approval - at least we'd then get cash or a loan note for CVRs - although I wouldn't put it past this board to issue even more shares (ADRs)!

I wish you all the very best with AMYT in the USA, richpassi. I have never held a share on an exchange outside of the UK and I'm a bit too long in the tooth to start now. That's the reason I sold my AMYT shares as I believe the future looks bright for holders. Let's hope they multi bag for you!
