Amryt have set up a dedicated page on their website covering the delisting - link below. Unfortunately in the Q&A section they don't mention whether there is any impact on CVRs. I assume there isn't but it would be nice to have confirmation.

In essence yes that's correct however it needs to be checked that they can be held in an ISA. I hold in a SIPP and trading account but not sure about ISA rules.

So is it the case that we contact our broker who then does the jiggery-pokery and we end up with one ads for every 5 shares previously held? Mine are all ISA’d so would imagine the ads’ would be held outside of that wrapper? Is anyone able to advise please?

Surely anything that gets us off the wild west of AIM is good? I was hoping for a move up or off aim

Would this be seen as a positive move for AMYT?

Interest turn of events. I hold a few ADR's in other stocks and are easy to trade. Wonder if it will make any difference to the CVR's?

I see BMRN received their PDUFA a day early and there are 3 due on the 30th, hopefully good news will come for all those suffering from EB sooner rather later

The AMYT share price has, since the May takeover, been going sideways between circa 160p and circa 180p apart from 2 brief and temporary escapes to circa 150p and circa 170p.
Presumably we will have to wait until St Andrews Day for the share price to break out? Will it break out up, or down?

Who knows what will happen to the AMYT share price in the future, bazworth? All I know is what has happened to it in the past and it's not been good news since it listed back in May 2016. It's effectively gone from 144p (after accounting for the 2019 consolidation) to today's closing price of 167p. That performance over five and a half years has been desultory. Hardly a scintillating performance. I suppose at least it hasn't gone down in price, though it almost halved in early 2019.

Paps,

I can understand your point of view. But it also depends on timeframe in that if there is a good story developing and nothing is published to lessen a positive view, then movements in share price become almost irrelevant. The only two prices of any importance are those at which you buy then the price when you eventually sell.

From my experience, it’s incredibly difficult to trade frequently and make a good profit. As ever, good luck!!

I did that for over 4 years, bazworth. For almost 4 years it was the only share I held. And it got me absolutely nowhere! Never fall in love with a share. I did it again recently with XTR! I sold most of those today
I bought back in today because I know about AMYT and that news is due by the end of the month. Hopefully it will be good news.
PS I still have my CVR's so I've always had a continuing interest in AMYT
PPS If you've got all your investment eggs in one basket it can never be stress free.

Don’t know why you bother Paps. If you believe in the Company and its future, just buy, hold and be stress free!!

Dipped my toe back in the water! Just bought 1000 shares. Knowing my luck the price will now drop! 🤣
