19/12/2018 12:25 | digadee, let’s hope that they know best!! | bazworth
19/12/2018 12:15 | i know AMRYT were in the process of setting up the first site in the USA but it looks like its "opened", i would have thought best to wait for the results first before commencing with the USA trials? | digadee
19/12/2018 11:28 | Investors see today's RNS as positive news hence higher volume and a rising share price | papillon
19/12/2018 10:58 | Well someone is confident. 65k just bought @ 15.50p, 0.50p above the quoted asking price. | papillon
19/12/2018 10:54 | Thank you bazworh 😀 | maj8
19/12/2018 10:33 | Best to ignore mdalos, Bermudashorts. He makes things up. In other words he's a LIAR! | papillon
19/12/2018 10:30 | mdalos - what continued expansion? The trial protocol remains unchanged. | bermudashorts
19/12/2018 10:05 | Thing is though, they are not aware of the results! | bazworth
19/12/2018 09:57 | Little top up for me as I get the impression Amryt expect holders to exercise warrants at 24p in 2-3 weeks | alphabravo321
19/12/2018 09:26 | I see it as positive, there are always delays with trials, bear in mind, if shareholders exercise the warrants at 24p, thats another 5 mill in funding for AMRYT | alphabravo321
19/12/2018 09:23 | Neither positive nor negative. We will know where we are on or before the 11th January. | bazworth
19/12/2018 09:21 | I am not sure how to read today's announcement, is it positive or negative? | maj8
19/12/2018 09:19 | No apologies necessary! | bazworth
19/12/2018 09:09 | Sorry that wasnt directed at you Bazworth, I hit reply instead of post | alphabravo321
19/12/2018 09:08 | thanks, understand the relevance of 24p. Let’s hope that we have a positive outcome and the warrant holders benefit in a massive way! | bazworth
19/12/2018 08:58 | Warrants at 24 are only valuable if the share price is above 24 | alphabravo321
19/12/2018 08:41 | Well I’m chuffed to see that RNS this morning as it’s good to know what the plan is, whether the outcome is good or not so good is of course another issue! I realise that the RNS also extends the exercise date so that suits those warrant holders. Have a great Christmas folks! Baz | bazworth
19/12/2018 07:49 | Recruitment to clinical trials is difficult under normal circumstances but even more so with rare diseases. Rare diseases in children adds another level of complexity. Pretty impressive that there has been such little slippage - good job by CRO and Amryt. | bermudashorts
19/12/2018 07:30 | 2 week delay | alphabravo321
18/12/2018 23:49 | "Who knows, something really positive may lead to share price falls!" That wont happen, bazworth. I've seen many bear markets over the years and a share will always rise on very good news, especially if that share (like AMYT) is insulated to a certain extent from market fears, though it's possible the rise might be a bit smaller than in a bull market. | papillon
18/12/2018 23:44 | A very good post, greendragon. You'll likely get a short term Elliot Wave Cycle that could last a week, or maybe 2, or even 3 weeks. Thereafter you need more news to carry on rising. It's likely that if the interim news is good that we'll get a longer term Elliot Wave Cycle with the completed rise on the interim news being the 1st wave and the final results (if good) being the 3rd wave. Often the 3rd wave is 1.6 x the height of the 1st, but not always. If we get a 5th wave in the future (on further good news) the 3rd wave is never the shortest. | papillon
18/12/2018 23:41 | The announcement is not down to Amryt! They are required by law to release the info as soon as it lands from the third party EASE trial providers, they cannot delay for any reason at all, inc Xmas! It would be advantegeous to get a 'few' days trading in prior to 2018 finishing, and it would assist warrant holders in perhaps excercising warrant decisions, but I agree, its hardly ideal and it would be better now to wait until early Jan, but this won't be possible it info is already on its way....Unless Amryt have specifically spoken to trial providers and told them to delay until after Xmas! I highly doubt this, any evidence of that being true would certainly be unethical, as it effectively closes all warrants. If there then is a reasonable bounce on positive news in the new year, warrant holders would have a case against them for delaying news which most definitely could have effected warrant decisions prior to their expiry. | expat pat
18/12/2018 23:40 | Also, AMRYT will have little control over when the announcement is made. My understanding is that the info should be released as soon as practicably possible once the Company is made aware!! | bazworth |
