27/3/2013 21:03 | I could not agree with you more sharw, I have held the majority of my shares for some time and indeed added to my holding fairly recently on 6 March therefore the announcement does not directly affect my share dealings. It isn't just the 14 share trades today is it? The share price has gradually crept up the last couple of days, presumably because investors were aware that it was going ex-div on the 27th. I emailed Amino just after 3pm after I picked up today's third RNS querying exactly why they have made this announcement. I have not had the courtesy of a reply but assuming I do receive one I will let you know it's contents. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really have any bearing on the company's prospects but it doesn't exactly instill me with confidence as far as their procedural and PR expertise skills go whether it be naivety, incompetence or both! | hyperboreus
27/3/2013 20:40 | Sharw, I must say I don't recall coming across this before, but then I have never been in such a position. The only thing I can add, is that the notice in the prelims stated that the date was down to approval at the AGM. Clearly, for whatever reason it was extended. Not much help I know! | hastings
27/3/2013 18:33 | This is bizarre. I have never known a company change the xd date after the original has begun. At open this morning the shares were trading xd. At 14 27 this afternoon they announced it was changing to April 10th. The MMs did not change the quote (80/83) as a result. What happens to the 14 people (myself included!) who bought or sold between open and 14 27 on the assumption it was xd?? | sharw
27/3/2013 12:34 | Yes,nice little bonus that. | hastings
27/3/2013 11:04 | Nice duty refund here of £950,000 and there might be more to come. | figis
19/3/2013 13:06 | Shares go ex-div in about a week. Looking for an increase in share price in the run up hopefully. | beangrinder
07/3/2013 17:15 | I am new to this stock having discovered it from reading Paulypilot's excellent blog on Stockopedia. The numbers are compelling and the products look great. A few things I can't get my head around which I would welcome thoughts on are:- 1) I see the outsized cash position is largely the result of the unwinding of inventories in Italy in y/e 2011. Does the business model require the significant build up of inventories from time to time and if so to what extent? I would have thought if the cash is needed in the business to fund working capital during the year it cannnot really be considered surplus. 2) What is the competition and to what extent is the Company exposed to competitive forces. In other words, how sustainable is the business model? Unfortunately, I'll be away at the time of the AGM but would have liked to have met the management team. Anyone had any direct contact? | boros10
06/3/2013 15:06 | Hyper, Paul Scott (paulypilot) has also added more today and mentioned on his morning report. | beangrinder
06/3/2013 12:40 | Agree Hyperboreus. Not sure what triggered the number of small sells, bit of profit taking perhaps. Whatever, really should head upwards. | hastings

28/2/2013 19:47 | of course it would be, but 100% growth in 6 months is a nice rise | hirschnathan
27/2/2013 10:51 | would be nice to head northwards | wh1spa
27/2/2013 10:50 | Steady buying returns! | wh1spa
22/2/2013 10:21 | AGM RNS out. | mg78
22/2/2013 09:33 | A lot of half-decent buys find their way into the sell or ? columns here. Another decent buy after the close yesterday. Surprised the share price has eased off the recent strength, given that accumulation continues. | mg78
21/2/2013 16:27 | Maybe that large sale has been dragging the price a bit. ( I presume it was a sale, you can never quite tell when institutions are trading) Anyway a sizeable sum none the less. | wh1spa
21/2/2013 13:02 | Steady buying again. These may look like small trades going through but my hunch is someone is accumulating. (reminiscent of trading in FFA in the run up to the T/O) | wh1spa
20/2/2013 13:36 | Will be through 90p in flash if any decent buys materialise. Looking v.strong. Good luck. | mg78
20/2/2013 13:26 | 3.5p divi forecast this year, 4p now the concensus for 2014 - that's a cracking yield for this sort of growth too imo. CR | cockneyrebel |
