Please use the filter, it will save you a lot of unnecessary stress, and save the board from being reduced to trash, which is their intention. Replying to all the bu11sh1t only helps them, it does nothing for shareholders.

Whatever dunder, your comments around the subject are at best naïve.

On a more interesting note, some interesting comments in the solo annual report for anyone not yet seen it.

That's fine CP you've made a big enough mug of yourself anyway.
I am not going to waste any further time but what did you mean by 'diseased' posters on lse?

Dunder you can play ground bully all you like, that is what the evening amounts to along with your comments about "Mental Central" and all the diseased posters on the LSE you keep mentioning.

I have no idea about BB " Banter" or any legislation pertaining to it but certainly am not prepared to discuss encryption legislation with you on this BB any further nor offer any advice on Lawful intercept.

Johnny English signing off on the subject.

Oh CP on the one hand you are saying earlier its illegal and on the other (tonight) you are saying you will provide it for a fee. If that really were not some knocked up excuse (for implying fibs), hastily thought out tonight, why didn't you make that kind offer earlier today?!
Plus as per request on lse find me the legislation or legal precedent that such banter on a free bb is construed as legal advice!!
Give up whilst you're behind man!

dunder I implied nothing, other than any discussion beyond the legislation would or could be construed as legal advice, which I am not prepared to give....well for free anyway! All this MI5 bull is completely of your own making. I made no reference to anything so ridiculous.

As a user of mass market encryption and your statements about it not being open to the NSA and other Gov agencies was wrong imo, just read the Edward Joseph Snowden leaks for a better understanding. CISCO hardware for example had a back door(yes all internet traffic go's through this hardware) all Westinghouse hard drives had the same and the Iran Nuclear programme was demolished using the same methods with the help of a USB key and as for sniffing the main transatlantic backbone pipe, all in the public domain, rightly or wrongly.

do stop making stuff up!

Just checking in, sure I had brown hair last time, not any more. Over 3500 posts since, after looking at the chart decided no point reading any so fast forward to here.

Oh dear! Some things never change

Its a hell of a long time since the 2014 AGM in Dublin, great few Pints with GJ though.

AEX has done a great job of issuing shares over the years, whilst paying the Boys handsomely.

Oil?

Listen CP seriously you were the person today who appeared to imply a total fantasy / imagination world with talk of not being able to comment any further legally, with regard to govt encryption breaking.
Either you were lying about that or much worse are privy to such information in which case I wouldn't be sharing that on a free bb.
You keep on attempting to divert away from the issue so please answer my question, why did you make that statement today?

Expectations ron? seems you and dunder together are having an imagination riot no less, yes BH said that in the recent annual report, but before then it was any ones guess based on the RNS regarding "Advanced discussions" who knows could be Monday the 2nd of July or not as it stands now.

I was certainly hoping as a share holder to hear before the AGM and that may still of course happen. Guess I will have to keep an eye out for any jumps in share price like the one the other week as an indication.

Though I must add cperkin Brian Hall said that the farm out news would come early h2 - the expectation of news in this quarter seems to have been built by yourself and drewky. The company are not missing any deadline they have set themselves

Cperkin if you believe that doesn't happen then you are naive. From the legal guys working on the contracts to even Tanzanians themselves in the know. Sometimes a flag counter on shares like these can be quite telling. Remember when the news that a farm out was on the cards broke and they were forced into an rns. When the contract is ready the share price will move Further interesting to see an updated position on the royalty issue in the solo accounts. As a going concern issue, they will have to give the current position post year end you are aware of this ?

Ron ffs don't encourage "no integrity superspy" CP.
You're just going to end up bringing down the reputation of our bb to lse levels.

Oh so you feel like a telegraph before hand there will be an agreement in principal that will be leaked to the "city spivs" ron?

I don't know enough detail about the spurious back charge or why aminex have not been paid by the TPDC for the 5% back in. Need to see how all the negotiating points play out with the current negotiations I suppose.

cperkin

I'm not so sure about that cperkin - looking at the share price it's no where near - this is a very leaky shipI feel with this royalty issue pete is being too aminex specific with his thinking. If it's just a way for the tanz govt to get a free 5% without paying for it, then why bother clobbering the other 10-12 companies for the same thing. Remember 10-12 companies are up for this royalty issue too
