Likely to be the reason for the farmout. It's a good job they found 10 times more gas than expected and now have a considerable proven asset they can monetize through the support of the cornerstone investor to get the money required, if that is as you say the issue the authorities have.

But that is simply desperation as aminex need the cash - the tanz govt aren't interested in companies that are not well capitalised - aminex would have already have got the licence if it was a foregone conclusion - why would they get it now

So if they are talking about a farmout, the license provision must also be being discussed as part of that. Keep up Ronny. It's quite simple. Now, what the outcome will be and when I would not be so foolish as to predict. But you seem happy to. Aminex have been in this situation before so nothing new, just there is a lot more at stake so I suspect it requires a bit more detailed analysis from all parties.

Nobody really knows when news will come so your statement (not given as an opinion) is wrong. What has been stated by the company is rig tender closes today and farmout is hoped to be concluded early H2. AGM on July 11th.

Cperkin aminex is a shocking organisation - shocking. No one will make any further money here. I guarantee you this is going bust, the charade regarding the licences has to end at some point. With a rapidly decreasing market cap it's becoming impossible for rumva to be funded.
