04/3/2018 15:28 | I don't really know why I think that - maybe many years following this company has taught me how they do things - but I hope that they use cashflow rather than fundraising. If that delays things, then that is what has to happen. There is obviously things we are not getting told; I hope that the reason for delays is simply that they want to use the income for future drilling and are waiting until the funds are sufficient for the drill cost. If that isn't the reason, then that would be very worrying. Of course, the other reason could be linked to Solo and their cash issues. A fundraising to buy them out would be ok (edit: and that's what the delay might be - the board are waiting until Solo become desperate). | shabbadabbadoo2
04/3/2018 13:05 | Shab I've checked your posts. Just curious as to why you think that they'll try their damndest to get the money from cashflow before going for a fundraise. Given what is at stake and the sp, I'd have thought that a fundraise would be a great way to win friends and influence people. But the excuse of securing a rig just seems weird. Has PG commented on this? | haideralifool
04/3/2018 12:25 | Sourcing a rig should take a few months at worst. We are already beyond that. I doubt that the spud will happen this year. They are delaying, as I said they would in my earlier posts (66466 and 66437). | shabbadabbadoo2
02/3/2018 13:22 | Remember they have had problems with high pressure during previous drills so I am hoping that they are taking care to source a rig that is suitable for the job. | qackers
02/3/2018 13:08 | The company talk about the drill subject to securing a rig. Either we're talking about a fairly small number of possible candidates in the local area, where getting an answer should be quite fast/easy. Even if the answer is no. Or. If we are looking at shipping on in, the range of options should be quite extensive. Not sure why the wait. | haideralifool
02/3/2018 12:59 | I really hope so. So that I can sell the rest of my AEX stock and never come back. | slepy
01/3/2018 18:37 | Are we slowly heading back to 2p, by which time the N3 drill will start and then we will shoot back to 7p again? | kryptonsnake
01/3/2018 18:18 | Am i right or wrong in thinking that the last thing neil ritson would want is for shareholders in solo to think that NT-3 would be drilled anytime soon. As they would quickly see that another placing would be required in the next few weeks or months to pay their share of the drill. Thus the solo share price would drop giving him a possible problem with the placing. | graham84
01/3/2018 16:07 | BlackgoldYou may well be right. For my part I really don't care how it is done so long as it is.N3 very exciting. | edgar222
01/3/2018 15:48 | i think buying into aex today, could prove to be quite profitable in a month or two. but i've got no spare cash at the mo. : ( | blackgold00

01/3/2018 15:29 | i got it, the NT-3 well is Aminex's (commitment) to the Tanz's authority for and in exchange for the EPS/25 yr licence and probably the Ruvuma PSA extension's. makes sense really from the tanz's perspective. | blackgold00
01/3/2018 15:16 | that must be telling us something? | blackgold00

01/3/2018 14:07 | thanks ron "AEX committed to drilling Ntorya 3 in 2H18 subject to finding a suitable rig" #Aminex #Gas #Tanzania #drilling | blackgold00
01/3/2018 14:01 | Apparently aminex has reaffirmed the H2 drill at nt3 on twitter 5 mins ago. Drop overdone | ronwilkes123
01/3/2018 12:22 | thanks al dorado, i just listened to it and what i think he is saying is, the five wells could certainly produce 130mmcfd for a short period of time, but drill the 6th well if they need the 6th well. i think. | blackgold00
01/3/2018 08:51 | Wentworth RNS out stating they are averaging 80 mmfcd and just been paid 2.5m. So is that them maxed out now? I think I remember they have the GSA up to 130 mmfcd but anything above 80 would require further drilling. Annoying that KN-1 isn't taking its share of that but bodes well for demand. | bunbooster2
28/2/2018 21:41 | Malcy an inkling? Doubt it. Egg on his face maybe? | skinwalker
28/2/2018 21:32 | greyingsurfer. The surprise is not that Solo only raised £92K via PrimaryBid. The surprise is that they successfully raised £2m via a placing. Personally, I wouldn't want Solo shares if they were given me for nothing. | skinwalker
28/2/2018 14:09 | Looks like Solo had trouble raising cash yesterday, which probably accounts for today's fall. They managed to raise £2m as planned by a placing, for Hores Hill and "existing investments". But their attempt to raise via PrimaryBid.com (aimed at retail investors) only raised £92k. I wonder if Malcy had an inkling of this when he apparently hinted at buying Solo out the other day? Peter | greyingsurfer
28/2/2018 11:37 | Serabi does look crazy cheap (SRB) Buys coming in strongly. 1 MM left of offer... -Net assets $64million and most of that made up of plant equipment. -Strong gold production. -Big increase in cash pile last results -Turn to profit -No value added for the gold rise -Big scope for growth, new drilling to lead to 100k a year production | uen_investor2 |
