06/7/2017 13:56 | Dan Thanks for the advice which I genuinely appreciate! That said, I've been in NUOG/ENEGI so long now I am at last convinced that this breakout WILL eventually take the capitalisation of the company from a silly figure less than £10 million - even now - maybe into the late £40 millions or even more ....... and that's just on the asset(s) of Newfoundland! By the end of this summer, one of us will be right and my research tells me that it will be me!! Good luck anyway and thanks. LT | last throw

05/7/2017 07:56 | Tanzania aren't going to tear up any Ndovu deals, they are fair deals. Anyone worried about it should sell out, I'm not worried, I am here for the oil that Aminex are targeting at N3 in multiple zones. | haggismchaggis
04/7/2017 23:29 | OK here is my prediction. As a VERY long term holder (I first bought in 2005) I think I have worked it all out: Aminex will do nothing for a while. They will build up a cash bank and allow other partners to do the same. There is nothing to gain by drilling and then - whatever the outcome - have no cash left to do anything else. Also, the Government of Tanz need to be reminded that having no gas is no fun. We can wait for the licenses. We can wait for longer than you and the Chinese can wait for their pipeline investment to be realised. This is not investment advice. Except for me. | shabbadabbadoo2
04/7/2017 22:40 | LW425 A very important development that may scupper well thought out company plans, which will just increase the time it takes to make a deal. African counties don't develop because they haven't the long term view necessary for future stable sustainable growth that foreign companies seek before making investments. AEX has had a small footprint base from which to grow, but given that the government is now able to tear up contracts and issue new ones will add uncertainty which the markets don't like !, I now have a pessimistic view for the corporate future in Tanz and have sold taking a small profit. GLA - AEX will remain on my watch list. | toppix
04/7/2017 15:43 | Wonder if that stake was split between them or aggregated together. Would be the diff brtween notifiabke and non-notifiable | dan_the_epic
04/7/2017 15:37 | well they would be with the number of shares in issue today. "Aminex announces that it has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Empire Asia Group Co., Ltd. together with Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungruang of the Reignwood Group for the placing of 38,983,733 new ordinary shares" "Empire Asia is a Thailand-based financial advisory and investment company. Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungruang is the Chairman and founder of the Reignwood Group a major China-based investment company, active in energy, consumer goods and hospitality. Following completion of the Subscription, Empire Asia and Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungruang will be the beneficial owners in aggregate of approximately 4.76% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company." | blackgold00
