28/6/2017 15:55 | Haggis, you're an ignoramus. CrustyPete is probably the most respected poster on the LSE AEX bb. Even Tiptop and he are good friends as evidenced by the major drinking session they had in Dublin (along with several others) from the same bb. They have also met up in the UK and had a great time. Only a complete moron with chronic rampitis* would suggest he is "shorting or trying to keep the price down while he accumulates." CrustyPete is an open book on his dealings and is honest to a fault. If he makes a mistake he openly acknowledges it. *Chronic rampitis causes stupidity, paranoia, a crazed obsession with being right even when everyone can see you're wrong. In really bad cases it causes sufferers to pretend to filter lots of people when it's painfully obvious the sufferer is hanging on every word written, and then tries to make his replies look like random posts. Chronic rampitis sufferers are considered pathetic as it's their own fault. Nevertheless, they are tolerated for their unintentional entertainment value. | kevjones2
28/6/2017 11:54 | From here on, I'm coining the term 'Fake facts' | dan_the_epic
28/6/2017 11:28 | Whilst the unbridled optimism is almost tangible over on lse, there is one poster, "crustypete", who is invariably well grounded and has a no-nonsense style similar to your good self. No relation (though the name could fit!). When I've seen his posts I've thought they were often sensible - though of course with a name like Pete that's only to be expected :-) Peter | greyingsurfer
28/6/2017 10:44 | edgar Beginning to think that my 8+ years of AEX patience was counting for nought :-) Kev, agreed. I have little to contribute here and even less on the lse enthusaganza, so I just observe over there. | lfdkmp
28/6/2017 10:22 | LFDKMP Lol Not calling you new at all ! | edgar222
28/6/2017 10:04 | CrustyPete has posted here once or twice as StinkyPete, I think. An excellent poster who has managed to stop the LSE bb from being an unbridled rampathon all the time. | kevjones2
28/6/2017 09:57 | Ha! Quoting Mike Rego about quitting is the worst case study you can give. He gave up after spending over half a decade on the region! Must've lost interest in the acreage, or thought there are better opportunities elsewhere. | dan_the_epic
28/6/2017 09:49 | greyingsurfer Whilst the unbridled optimism is almost tangible over on lse, there is one poster, "crustypete", who is invariably well grounded and has a no-nonsense style similar to your good self. Wouldn't be a relation by any chance? :-) | lfdkmp
28/6/2017 09:44 | You naysayer, Peter. Hate derampers. FILTERED. | dan_the_epic
28/6/2017 09:38 | Take out at anything between 10p and 50p (perhaps I imagine the latter), and timescales ranging from imminent to last Tuesday abound. I can't see Haggis settling for 50p! Our licences are just too good for the majors not to want in We're some way short of having an asset like that, Edgar. N1/2 looks nice, but at perhaps 0.5tcf and some years before full local demand develops, it's hardly a must buy for a major, who might already be sitting on a several tcf offshore. Prove up N3 to a tcf+, and it will look more interesting, but even then I'm not convinced a major would be getting out the cheque book. Not saying a takeover by someone isn't on the cards, though 50p yesterday is probably not entirely realistic :-) Peter | greyingsurfer
28/6/2017 09:24 | Haggis what happened to your price prediction? A very favourable reaction to the debt news you predicted. It's done the opposite. So you were wrong about that right, have you learnt why? Sorry it was an expectation not a prediction. Will you get childishly upset again and call people names if we ignore your expectations and disagree. For obvious reasons. "Who still says my predictions are wrong? Who has me on ignore because they don't believe my predictions?" Lol. | gerryjames
28/6/2017 08:50 | edgar Not sure if the last comment was a general comment, but wouldn't call myself new to AEX. | lfdkmp
28/6/2017 08:29 | LFDKMP FWIW I think takeover is the most likely outcome. But it wont be before the 25 yr licence is confirmed. Our licences are just too good for the majors not to want in. We already have near half a trillion cf gas in place and I am expecting the N3 target to have at least doubled, possibly more. And I have not even mentioned the oil play there. At 3p the share is ludicrously cheap. Bargain of the century. (Self declared bull/long/believer who has been here over a decade so take that all with a pinch of salt if you are new here) | edgar222
28/6/2017 05:07 | only 50p? How disappointing | dan_the_epic
27/6/2017 21:50 | Happy hunting.. | foolsandcows
27/6/2017 21:41 | Yes, I have to agree - what an extraordinary lot they are! There's a PhD thesis needing to be written on the psychology of the LSE posters. | skinwalker
27/6/2017 21:16 | After Malcy's throwaway AEX line: "The management there, I think if they get a decent offer for the company, then they would take it" ....the denizens over on lse are whipping each other into a lather of expectation. Take out at anything between 10p and 50p (perhaps I imagine the latter), and timescales ranging from imminent to last Tuesday abound. Thank goodness for the peace and tranquility, even indifference, of the ADVFN board. | lfdkmp

27/6/2017 17:17 | Low-life (noun) - people or activities characterised as being disreputable and often criminal eeek! Haggis stepping up the rhetoric | dan_the_epic
27/6/2017 17:15 | Ah yes, the fake filter. You're too right Kev, people like Haggis read every post | dan_the_epic
27/6/2017 15:43 | Dan, you're on 'pretend-filter' too like most of us. | kevjones2
27/6/2017 14:29 | Replace senior with senile. Would say no offence but he has me filtered ! | dan_the_epic |
