Bun, if you click on financial statements and then AGM form of proxy
on the AEX website, it advises you that The Stephan's Green Hibernian Club
is a private members club, and that shareholders are respectfully asked
to dress appropriately for a business meeting.

But perhaps you jest and this is not your first rodeo??. (An American expression)
I will be there as I live outside Dublin.

Serious reply - anything from casual respectable upwards would suffice. I'm sure jeans a t-shirt and trainers would not bar you either, but you might feel a tad unwelcome, were you the sensitive type.

Bun, its not so much as what you wear, but who you are going as. it would be nice to put a face to some of the names that frequent these boards.

Does anyone know the dress code for the AGM? What are others planning to wear?

Directors buys pretty small and ignorable IMO. If they were seriously confident moving forward, they'd be backing up the truck and buying shedloads like they did at 1p. These token purchases aren't very insightful and arguably now mean that there is no price sensitive news in the pipeline (as BH would've had to confirm and clear with JB)

Gerry. I near on guarantee that any short base in Aminex is absolutely tiny. No average Joe is going to be able to get a short. You need a very specialist broker willing to put the effort in for tiny caps like this...

I was away today so didn't have a chance to read what others write. Plus it isn't easy when half of posters are on filter.
Today's RNS, to me means only one thing. It doesn't matter how much they bought.
What it is, is JB and BH saying to shareholders that the seller is out. An action which I would expect from a decent CEO. Simples.

OK, having checked LSE dates and times and trade prices at the times of today's late reported trades, the 1.3m is a trade from yesterday. Two of the 1m trades are buys from this morning and the other 1m is a sell from this morning. Nothing worth writing home about, unless you want to let the folks know that PT is gone.

I wonder if we'll see any delayed sells after the close and if we do, will they be trades from today or yesterday? I usually check the lse site for dates on trades, as the advfn mobile app doesn't show the dates trades were made, and when you're trying to ascertain if a seller has gone, you need to see trade dates on big sells.

yes ngms, i guess it will work, if PT has completed unloading his holding

even the much respected tournesol has put a valuation of somewhere around 4.4p, and that was even before the Ntorya Upgrade news that reported a three-fold increase over the previous estimate from a Pmean GIIP of 153 BCF to 466 BCF. so that value of tournesol i feel should be easily supported if not increased by the new fundamentals.

What an absolute load of tosh.

The Directors have upto four days to announce share purchasers. Given they announced on the following day I'd think it odds on that they have completed all the buying they wanted to.

It a mere token to try and stop the fall below 4p. The question is will it work?

I agree with Haggis, there is nothing to stop directors buying over multiple days. It's happened recently with another company I am invested in.

Some right rubbish being spouted here about the director buys.

Yes, they were small. But that is not the point. The board are basically telling you that the drop over the last few weeks is not based on anything that is not in the public domain. You may choose to trust them or you may choose not to. Bear in mind that if something crawls out of the woodwork in the future that they would have known about now, you should THEN act accordingly.

Jimbob, no it's not. If the Directors bought late yesterday they may still want to add more if the price stays down. Very valid speculation.

I think Haggis might be right. Jay doesn't want to push the share too much with the large volume he is buying so he is probably spreading the order over a few days. The 181k share he bought yesterday was pushing the limits considering that the total volume trade was only 73m shares!!
