21/8/2015 08:26 | Cheers Edgar. | gerryjames
21/8/2015 08:22 | Cos they don't have our assets! | edgar222
21/8/2015 08:16 | Yes 11 and looking good, why shouldn't we buy Wentworth instead again? | gerryjames
21/8/2015 08:10 | WRL looking solid this morning, up nearly 10% | blackgold00
21/8/2015 06:53 | Thanks skinwalker, much clearer. As to the latter part, I can definitely confirm that I am getting older. | lfdkmp
21/8/2015 00:43 | My understanding is that to "de-risk" is to reduce the risk (of losing money, or of something unexpected happening) by making safer or choosing a safer path. I may de-risk by selling high-risk AIM stocks and buying Utility shares or putting the proceeds in a building society. Breathless is what I feel when I've just climbed two flights of stairs. Hyper-ventilating is rapid "over-breathing" which can result in dizziness or fainting. Go see your GP in the morning if you think you're hyper-ventilating. Breathlessness is common as one gets older, especially if a smoker, unfit or overweight. Hope this helps! | skinwalker
20/8/2015 21:50 | LFDKMP 28 Jul'15 - 07:10 - 53239 of 53423 0 0 Not so long ago there was I thinking that things would be getting quite exciting by now. Am I missing something? Could the answer to that question be: "Yes, a GSA announcement" -------------------- Another question: At what point does excited breathlessness become hyper-ventilation? - if anyone sees a blue flashing light at 7.06 am in Canvey Island tomorrow, we may have an answer. | lfdkmp
20/8/2015 21:13 | Can anyone explain to me the term "de-risked" and in particular whether the WRL RNS today might be an applicable example? | lfdkmp
20/8/2015 19:46 | skin, I expect TOPTIP will now be posting very soon, having reclaimed the park bench and stating (I TOLD YOU SO) all hail the TOPCAT. | blackgold00
20/8/2015 19:32 | many thanks to tanneg, and as edgar222 notes, Whatever else this means for Aminex, we now know that the payment protection programme is now in place. PJ1, why are you still here? it seems that you, with-out a financial interest are still very much interested in Aminex. | blackgold00
20/8/2015 18:14 | PJ1 Thanks for that generous statement - here's hoping for 07:00 tomorrow then! LT | last throw
20/8/2015 18:10 | Good luck Boys! (and girls). No position but surely AEX will have to comment on that so hopefully its the good news you hope for and will add some more financial security. If not I'd bombard them in the morning with email and phone calls. Best PJ | pj 1
20/8/2015 17:13 | Big credit to Tanneg for spotting that RNS when its publication was a bit piecemeal. Whatever else it means, we know that the Tanzanian Govt have sorted out a payment protection programme that satisfies a Major. That can only be significant for Aminex. | edgar222
20/8/2015 17:07 | Thanks Tanneg, It's now here, on Investegate, after hours Certainly significant that M&P now have payment guarantees they can live with, and that the pipeline (or at least the main route) is now being commissioned. Can't see any reason why the payment guarantees would need to be any different in essence for AEX, so if all as has been suggested we should expect news on a GSA "imminently". Fingers crossed, and toes and some other bits. Also significant that the RNS specifies the gas is for power generation and industrial use. The latter would be on top of the 80mmscfd of unmet generation demand that Wentworth talked about last week. Be good to get some figures on how much is for industrial use, and even better on potential short term expansion. Anything above zero implies unmet demand above what M&P can supply - with power generation needs due to grow rapidly too. Peter | greyingsurfer
20/8/2015 16:53 | tanneg Great spot but I cant find it ! Which RNS ? It is not in the text of the last one. Cheers in advance EDIT: WRL RNS of 20th August on their website but not on the ADVFN list on the WRL page! Very big news for us | edgar222
20/8/2015 16:44 | From Wentworth RNS Gas deliveries have now commenced to the new transnational pipeline in Tanzania. Two wells are now producing and the remaining three wells will be put on production in the coming months. Initial production volumes will be used for commissioning purposes and to fill the pipeline. Production rates are expected to increase to 70 mmscf/d by October 2015 and reach 80 mmscf/d by the end of 2015. Gas deliveries by TPDC for use by power and industrial companies are expected to commence in October. The Partners will receive payment at the end of each calendar month for sales volumes delivered during that month. Under the Gas Sales Agreement signed on 12 September 2014, the sale price has been set at US$3.00 per million BTU, or around US$3.07 per thousand cubic feet, rising in line with the US CPI industrial index. The Partners have agreed payment security terms with TPDC, the buyer of the gas, and various other parties. The payment security provides the Partners with sufficient assurance that sales of natural gas will be settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms. | tanneg
20/8/2015 15:04 | I see Brian Hall, Chairman of Great Wetern Mining Corporation is having a good day after reporting a small profit. +30% | gerryjames
20/8/2015 13:16 | Poor Tiptop's fall from grace is a cautionary tale for us all... He was a regular bloke with a job in marketing, a wife, two kids and a mortgage. All was well until (on Mrs Thatcher's advice) he decided to join the share-owning fraternity. All well and good, except that he invested in Aminex. Aminex has not proved to have been a good investment, and Tiptop's shares have dwindled in value. Undeterred, Tiptop simply bought more. He developed an obsessive blind faith in the merit of his investment, and eventually the good people of Billericay elected him Bishop so impressed were they by his blinkered belief. This is when the cross-dressing started - he just loved frocking up in his Bishop regalia. This was the final straw for Tiptop's poor wife who gave up and left. The frocking-up continued and Bishop Tiptop was to be seen regularly flaunting his/her petticoats in the high street. The house was repossessed, but Tiptop continued to buy Aminex shares. He now owns more than 2% of Aminex, but as we all know that is hardly worth the cost of a pie and a pint and that is why Bishop Tiptop has been sleeping in the park. Poor Tiptop | skinwalker
20/8/2015 10:29 | Just like that...cough. Tommy Tiptop Bhattacherjee. | gerryjames
20/8/2015 09:51 | errr...that's Tommy Bhattacherjee Gerry. Tiptop's cousin | skinwalker
20/8/2015 09:25 | Was he wearing a fez trying to make a GSA appear from under a black dishcloth? | gerryjames
20/8/2015 07:28 | Tiptop Bhatterjee made me laugh out loud ! | edgar222 |
