complaints will increase from GBP116.4m at Q1, to a level in excess of GBP150m, leading to a P&L charge in excess of GBP85m. We are working through this and expect to update the market with our results for the half year on 26 November 2020.

If you believe that you were mis-sold an Amigo loan, you now have the opportunity to request a refund.
