I'd take the loan adjustment option every day of the week than pay cash out now. It deals with the immediate issue (the complaint) and allows Amigo to get closer to the point of being able to start lending again, without shelling out cash immediately.

Not a great read, was banking on lending starting again. I suspect we will be down around 25% at start. Time to load up again.

Not great RNS.....significant increase in redress provision from 116m to 150m quid, lending restart postponed. Positives. Adequate liquidity and a decent CEO finally

Whole market is off and is Uber jittery. Tomorrow will be spiky as hell with the yanks outing trump with any luck. This company is now a coin toss, 50/50 and sadly in the hands of others not really involved in the day to day running......Gonna be a spiky week ahead....

If their deadline was 31/10 then they would probably have a meeting with the FCA scheduled for this week or perhaps there could have just been a correspondence submission required by Friday for the FCA to review. In which case, there is no real reason for there to be an RNS issued on the subject yet.

They could even wait until the official feedback from the FCA before issuing the RNS.

We will see an RNS before too long, will be interesting to see if that results in a share price move to 5p or 20p!!
