I hope the CEO can back his words up......

"There are undoubtably cases where we have done the wrong thing, but a significant number of the claims that we are getting are not genuine claims."

Whilst he will be presumably referring to complaints received by Amigo rather than by FOS, given 87% of FOS complaints were upheld in H1, then it will be interesting to see the updated position.

Not seen any note about MWD buying in yet either, that would help....

The VReq wasn't to clear all complaints by the end of this month, just to have started clearing them all within 8 weeks. So we should get an RNS on that.There will still be more complaints coming in - the key factor is how many. I would hope any RNS would give an update on that - but we should be able to get an idea from the FOS quarterly figures which I believe are also due this week, has anyone got a link or checked that figure recently?
