If Amigo has met the requirement by the end of this week then that is positive news.

I still think we will get some negative judgement from the FCA to factor in.

Re-starting lending is the other positive, plus hopefully a part-release of the provision.

Hardly worth monitoring share price until these announcements start coming through.

"Further to our announcement on 22 June 2020, Amigo has yesterday entered into an amended Voluntary Requirement ('VReq') with the Financial Conduct Authority (the 'FCA'). Under the terms of the amended VReq, the Company has agreed to reach a position by 30 October 2020 where all complaints are dealt with appropriately within eight weeks."

Must admit I didn't realise was agreed date. It's doing well today, probably see some buying into afternoon. I'd like to see this playing back in the 11 range soon, defo not liking the single digits. Hopefully we get some kind of rally in coming days, probably see lots of people buying with FOMO factor anticipating results and FCA news.

Doing some research and was surprised to see they offer 50% APR loans!

Wow - that is revenue earning if there aren't large defaults. But is that sustainable or even ethical?
