The CFO was always a short term turnaround guy, but agree it would be a bit more comforting if he had stayed until after the SoA is/isn’t agreed

I would like to think they won't be selling them for 1p as they would want to get a good price for the pot.... sad to say I am one if the people burnt.however once approved this is a very good business.... now in for longer term than initially planned but nevermind. The FD leaving does ring alarm bells for me but no point selling up now.... thanks Samsung for your post... I thought u were mad to sell when you did but look where we are, good call on your end!:)

I can't see this staying this low for long ... buying at 18p and 30p was risky business... but the prospects now are a good gamble. It will be passed this time fund raise and back to printing money again with a great name :)

of course it is going to 1p. has to. 9 billion new shares issued at 1.1p = £100m which is what the RNS said. Having said that the 1 or 1.1p shares will be good value because there will be a business again and they should rise. The ones hurting will be anybody who believed the dreamers story here of 30p or 50p. Take up your rights if you have the money. Good luck.

Has to be 1p as 9b shares to raise £100m is about 1p per share

Jeez, how many millions were bought yesterday at around 3.6p, too many, thought about it myself but all the reported buys weren't shifting it. Could be a good buy at 2p for a bounce back to 3, powder dry, gla

My thoughts are with any of lads still holding today that were year during my time here and made this forum one of the best on ADVFN. I think this stock was always going to be tricky post the court hearing in May. I was glad to some extent after I sold up here as one thing Amigo thought me was not to become to emotionally attached to shares, it's just game that can prove very expensive at times. Genuinely sad to see these levels, always hoped Amigo would be become power house again but I don't see it. I'm sure this will be a decent stock to trade over the coming months, won't be one for me. Good luck to everyone still holding.

Shady business, basically insolvency but always a few mug punters that will keep buying until the share price is 0.00p

Simple…avoid!

There is a God.

It's a horrendous company.

Glad they are not offering any more loans.

I needed money, knew I had a poor credit history so accepted the ridiculous interest so I'm not going to complain about that.

2 years into my 5 year loan I fell pregnant and was only entitled to statutory maternity.

Needless to say I saved a lot whilst working to cover costs.

But my last month of maternity I was struggling and called to ask for help.

Explaining I was on statutory and I'd managed to cover the last 6 months with savings and asked for help for the final month advising I was due to go back to work the following month.

At this point I'd been paying 396 a month for 3 years and never paid late.

The guy on the phone even commented that my account "was a very well paid account" before advising they'd go to my guarantor if I couldn't pay.

The call had me in tears no help whatsoever for 1 month that's all I wanted.

I offered to make it up over the coming months if a 1 month payment holiday wasn't something they could do but nope they'll go to my guarantor.

Whilst my guarantor fully knew what she was signing up for the majority of people who sign up for these loans have no intention of ever having to use them.

What I'm annoyed at is there bold claims they work with the loan holder firstly before reaching out to the guarantor, yet when I asked for help knowing I'd struggle to the that following months payment I got pretty much told nothing we can do ended up getting a payday loan to cover it which started a whole other mess.

Needless to say when I went back to work the first thing I did was reassess my credit score.

Turns out I'd improved it a lot over the last 3 years and could get a far better interest loan and paid them off as soon as I could.

Disgusting company.

Shareholders should be strung up.

They should lose everything.
