They’d hardly want to issue shares at today’s price.

From LSECalm down, calm down (in scouser accent)In the Financial Times "The company also plans to raise equity, which would likely mean a share dilution that would lead to shareholders owning a "smaller proportion" of the group if they do not take up their rights.Jennison said such a measure was at least a year away, and that in the shorter term, the company could start low-scale lending without raising additional debt.SO YES, A YEAR AWAY. In that time the share price will increase due to FCA agreement, Court saying Yes and then rights issues, when all hurdles have been jumped.

It would seem to buywell that this company needs to seriously cut headcount and focus future efforts on only areas that are showing growth

Cut its cloth to suit Mr Demand

Extremely high risk this one ----

Everything currently depends upon the sanctioning of a new Scheme of Arrangement which is becoming increasingly urgent.

Without an approved Scheme, Amigo expects to have to file for administration or other insolvency process

I've traded these for 5p to 18p and 8p to 24p but didn't fancy today... I'll have a gamble in these when they hit sub 5p ... these are higher risk than nailing a Thai bar girl with no bag ?

The end is now close and inevitable. Current shareholders will end up with nothing. AVOID at all costs.
