30/12/2021 23:54 | Well clearly 2p is marked on the cards here... I still think there is smouldering embers here but all depends on the broader market really. Correction comes money markets tighten will this survive? But certainly a tangible asset value to the name here that I'm sure if they do go bust some big name will buy it :) | g2theary
16/12/2021 08:46 | The could be a Christmas spike coming here guys :) | g2theary

06/12/2021 14:31 | supercity, They make a choice - carry on with their complaint which, if successful, would net them a couple of hundred pounds at most and they would still be borrowing at 49.9% AER or get borrowing facilities at 29.9% AER ! | chinese investor
06/12/2021 13:24 | Yes, they will need to drop their complaints to move to the 29.9% APR | daniel
06/12/2021 11:06 | Very similar to what is being proposed ! Chinese Investor (AMGO) 26 Jun 2020 - 14:47:21 If I was on the Amigo Board I would make the following suggestion :- Introduce a new Loan System from 1 August 2020 with an APR of 29.9% (with different terms and conditions). Existing customers would automatically be transferred to the new system (unless they had plans to complain). This would include Complainants but they would need to drop their complaint. Scrutiny of new customers would need to be improved. Robust dialogue with IFA needs to commence now. | chinese investor
