So if you are right and the shares recovers it's 16p a share.. I think there will be a little recovery here soon and they have 1 year... also lending could be restarted if a resolution is made surly :)

As obvious as it has been for a long time that a big dilution or wind down was on its way a minimum 19-1 equity raise does seem massively dilutive.Existing shareholders screwed - but at least on this occasion all warned long in advance that this was coming.

Planning to issue 19 for 1 in a rights issue. Massive value destruction coming (again)

Have you seen the volume of shares being bought into this company. The Court Hearing is on Feb 16th. FOMO will mean this will rise leading up to the 16th. Either get out before the FCA ruling or gamble on the outcome of the Court Case. If the FCA ruling is positive this will jump big time.

“I want to be in companies that make things, do things, and get paid for them, and are profitable. It’s a pretty simple message,”

Cramer says avoid ‘clown companies’ with no earnings!

Very apt here

SP has been here before and there is good reason for it to be here at this time. Insolvency has been a possibility for 18 months now

There's a lot of buying going on considering the FCA decision is not due until 2022.
