02/12/2019 09:24 | Thanks for all feedback Just heard from AJ Bell that the voting forms and notices of corporate action will be published on their site today which should allow me to vote. Spudders its likely it will appear on Barclays today too as AJ Bell are heavily involved with Barclays | bletchleypark
02/12/2019 09:20 | Bletchly There is a Court Meeting and a Court Hearing. For the Court Meeting there is a proxy form (as there is for the AGM): those are your opportunities to vote. The Court Hearing is not a voting affair: the Judge decides in accordance with the evidence and the law. | charlieeee
02/12/2019 09:17 | AJ Bell who work with Barclays told me there is no document published yet so no corporate action. | bletchleypark
02/12/2019 08:59 | Anyone had notification about voting via Barclays. I’ve had nothing as yet 😩 | spudders
02/12/2019 06:22 | Sounds like a load of old bullocks to me!! | eddie_yates
01/12/2019 13:15 | They will let me vote at any AGM or EGM but said they could not do that for the court hearing vote? Is that why its done this way? Anyone else had problems? Does not seem much point in being able to vote only at the meeting after the court hearing? Any assistance gratefully received | bletchleypark
01/12/2019 09:15 | Bletchley - having shares in an ISA should not make any difference (to whether you can vote). I have shares in ii (Interactive Investor, formerly TD Waterhouse). They have always notified me of "corporate events" such as voting for AGMs etc. I have AMER shares in an ISA. They have provided the proposed sale document, which I have not yet read, and the voting form to my online account. I don't know why all brokers can't/won't do the same. | bigwavedave
30/11/2019 22:11 | My shares in ISA with AJ Bell but had no notification of a corporate event? Contacted them and they state that its for voting only at EGM or AGM. So how do we vote to register a NO Vote for the court as that is before any other meeting? Am I getting this all wrong. I want to vote NO to the takeover but it looks like I will not have opportunity to register my votes as a no for the court. How do we register our vote NO for the court hearing if we have shares in ISA and cannot attend. Not a seasoned investor but it looks as though I can only vote at the AGM by which time the vote at the court has already been done? | bletchleypark
30/11/2019 20:11 | Interesting stance Tommy, for me I'd take 1p rather than nothing. Maybe I'm not as principled as you are or more realistic? Having said that I think we have all been ripped off and would like to see the BOD removed and some more principled directors running the company prior to the conclusion of this whitewash selling exercise. Is there any realistic way that this could happen, maybe an EGM? | mrx001
30/11/2019 20:06 | I'd rather end up with naff all than GC lining his grubby pockets! | tommygriff
30/11/2019 19:10 | Just voted against on iii | kipper62
30/11/2019 19:06 | Just hope you are right about M&P time will tell. | bryet
30/11/2019 19:04 | 19p cash + 5p of M&P shares does it for me. | acv74
30/11/2019 19:03 | 50cc surely there is no other explanation than M&P are coming back.I'm going to vote NO. | acv74
30/11/2019 18:18 | Surprised there's not more chat in here re M&P taking a position. Surely is a precursor to them tabling a counter bid. Will be interesting to see how much they build their position next week - then chuck a ±10% part cash /share into the hat... | 50cc
30/11/2019 17:45 | I now know how it feels to be defrauded by white collar common criminals. | mark of the rushes
30/11/2019 17:28 | I shall be voting no too. | 3roach
30/11/2019 17:20 | I'm with III and I've just voted against. | jpodtrading
30/11/2019 10:08 | Get real - incredibly poor management - whose prime objective was personal greed. You now know not to invest in any company in which any of these Directors are involved!Bye, bye! | responsible investor
30/11/2019 10:02 | Just voted against. Skimming through the documents it seems apparent that the BOD have manipulated the parameters of the sale to meet their own agendas. It must only be a cash only offer probably knowing that Geo park would meet this in the time scale allotted (this was amended part way through the process!)The timings of the process have been done to ensure that the BOD get their cheap share options in their pockets and sold within a couple of days. We pay the market rate and get shafted the BOD are given shares on the cheap and get, in effect, a multi bagger deal!! This stinks and I hope their reputations are forever tarnished! | bibdaddy
30/11/2019 09:57 | Interactive Investor shareholders have until the 13th December to vote. I'll wait and see if any other party tables a bid before then, if not I'll vote for. Even though price isn't as high as any of us would have liked I can't see existing BoD returning anything better given their track record & share price trend over last 5yrs. Is O&G sector really worth investing in at all at the moment given its so out of favour? | rollthedice
30/11/2019 09:20 | Have received emails from both III and RB notifying me of the opportunity to vote. I shall be voting No I note that the timetable for both meetings is very tight. Typical Giles to the last, unwilling to listen to or engage with shareholders but happy to take their money when needed Q | quidnunc
29/11/2019 13:39 | ODDO still picking up halfpennies off the pavement | thegreatgeraldo
29/11/2019 13:27 | Latest RNS - M&P owning real shares to obtain voting power but covering off risk by shorting similar number via CFD's (or similar)???Reasons for this?? | acv74
28/11/2019 18:18 | It could bode well? | acv74 |
