17/1/2019 09:03 | It is just showing classic declining volume at the end of a high tight flag. Exactly what you would expect. Any sort of news and it will be 30p within a week. You may wish to bookmark this so you can confirm that I am a respected posted. | ![]() mad foetus
17/1/2019 08:50 | Mates rates placing ahead of a full funded 6 well programme? What are you smoking..? The only jitters will be from those that chose to exit early and whether they can re-acquire or accumulate before the next spud, and if the recent spread is anything to go by, good luck with that! 2018 bonus comes in next Friday. If we're still sub 20p, be in no doubt, a good slug of that will be heading here. IMHO, this is now too good a 2-3 year hold to prattle about. | knackers
17/1/2019 08:32 | Capex has been funded recently from production revenues... if they're not generating free cash they'll have to borrow/equity raise eventually. If CPO-5 is as good as we hope I wouldn't put it past BoD to do a mates rates placing. Production rates are important to minimise need to raise cash and the impact they have on reserves estimates. The longer they delay issuing the more jitters there will be, another reversal of share price would be very disappointing. | rollthedice
17/1/2019 08:04 | There are £1m of reasons why last qtrs production numbers are close to irrelevant- for the benefit of those still on the touch-line with a snotty nose and a note from matron - the largest director buys were well BEFORE the Indico-1 result. Just ponder that for a moment!! | knackers

17/1/2019 00:08 | I don't think production figures will be poor why would you think they would be more interested in this 2nd rig rather than production figures, price consolidated between 19,20 p for some time now this usually a good sign for further good news to arrive chill will unravel in due time. | ![]() avsome1968

16/1/2019 21:10 | podgyted. You should recognize that the board's primary responsibility is to develop the company, but that they also need to do the best they can to maintain a stable share price, truly reflecting the company's underlying value: failure to do that leaves the door wide open to a bid at an undervalue. The real news happening at the moment is the CPO-5 discovery and so why would any competent board obscure the exceptional with the mundane? You, of course, are simply want a dip to buy, but you wholly ignore the bigger picture, a surprise hostile bid at these levels, which would provide no return to long term holders, either PIs or the institutional investors, who bought in at much higher figures (the last placing was 25p way back in 2016 and want a decent return for holding through 3 years). The correct place for the quarterly figures (unless the figures are materially above or below expectations) is in our next Putumayo update, with a few of the OXY ducks lined up, as a taster of the huge potential there, the other "bookend" to the CPO-5 discovery. Anyone who does not have confidence in the board after the OXY deal and CPO-5 discovery, is wholly lacking in judgement. | ![]() charlieeee
16/1/2019 20:49 | i aint interest in wot they done production 3 month ago it not matters i interes in wot they goin to be doin nows with indico and indico2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 innit they creamin it in so stop miffin about sniffin i fink a snell a stink where some on ere miss boat at 11p coz they focus on production which minor story and miss indic0 and oxy and nows cryin like babaies coz they got left behind there defo some 'groupies' on ere that follow each tuther prob some nob in pub runin share club and said lets sell amer stock coz production look down 4 week later and he sittin in corner with no mates and no pints bought for him his name rex | ![]() fsawatcher
16/1/2019 19:38 | Good or bad I really just want them to report the production figures and then it's possible to move on. They continually create uncertainty where its not necessary - they knew the production figures a couple of days into January (checkout when they reported last year). They are beginning to unravel a couple of months of good communication. If it's good news - great - if there has been a fall - I'm really not sure if I'm bothered. But this begins to reduce my confidence in the board when they'd totally got it back 100%. | ![]() podgyted
16/1/2019 12:04 | Long way to go - Going up ? Or as in the cliche used by race baiting BAME reps trying to push out anyone white | ![]() lbrokes
16/1/2019 11:46 | “Awaiting some good news from elsewhere to sweeten...” LOL; like 209ft of net pay, perhaps...?! Next quarter’s production will certainly focus minds with possibly two more 3-4K bopd on production in CPO5. Another 2k bopd net to AMER. Do the math! Don’t be lured into releasing your shares below fair price. IMHO We have a long, long way to go yet. | knackers

16/1/2019 09:02 | What happened with Pintadillo and JW’s promise to update shareholders ASAP? What is happening with drilling the other N sands wells? Where’s the production data for the last three months. Yes the same ol’same ol’ in regard to Amer’s disregard of its obligations and promises. | ![]() davwal
