well, as a guide......Faroe has just rejected an offer from DNO of $600m, or 157p/share...the consensus is it's worth north of 200p....so if we assume 50% more, then $900m,

....the offer is @ 152p. What's the current FPM SP?

be interesting to see where AMER could be after this 14 well programme.....and then look at the current valuation

Wouldn't disagree Joto.

Re the POO, the recent volatility will only stoke future production and supply issues (add to the hangover from 2014-16 exploration under investment).

Many expensive and high risk exploration projects planned for 2H19 (esp by the majors) will be postponed or cancelled altogether if the main benchmarks do not reverse aggressively in early 2019.

Saudis, we know, will not tolerate another 2014-16 debacle. But IMHO this drop is more contrived than driven by mkt fundamentals.

Plus side; of course it provides a major bonus to the global economy and emerging markets in particular.

A gradually return to $60-70 by end 1Q19 sounds right - and necessary! Not too hot, not too cold. But this overshoot is way OOT, clear speculative manipulation. Crazy volatility does the MT future, aka 2020-21, no favours whatsoever. $150 Brent? don't bet against it.

200ft PLUS net pay at Indico-1 with zero water contact and we're only just scratching the surface in CPO-5. I gather CoS in Llanos is iro 90%.

How this share is still sub 20p is utterly baffling.

I agree low 13s with no news, to be fair I will be happy if it does drop below 13 certainly will be topping up with some of my Christmas bonus lol long term for me here don't have the time to day trade never at home so any retrace happy to buy as there no fair value priced in with what they have but it will come
