His Key date has been reached so looks good for 30p on a strong move with volume which ties in nicely with news due

The share price rises such is the distrust of brokers. Someone wants shares before the big news and the OPEC meeting and gets the junior to write a sell note Probably a recent history graduate pfffh!
I once sold a share based on a broker sell rec only to see the price double within months, so I have never taken them seriously and in fact consider it a positive these days The stock market is the most crooked casino of them all.

I'd agree if there was some consistency, it's the inconsistency, not the recommendation that irks me.

Why would you issue a buy recommendation with a share price target and then move it 1p a few days later and reverse to a sell recommendation, with no news.

Once would be bad enough, but they had done that twice, consecutively, within a couple of months.

As I think I've proved, it's very easy to create a rationale for a wide variation of share prices, but it's pointless issuing note after note within a few pence of each other, it serves no purpose other than to increase trading frequency and scare investors... especially when it's done to move from buy to sell.

Peel hunt did say price would hit 25 when it was at 28 and were totally wrong and widely rebuked. Most analysts were suggesting price would rise but it fell to 20. These guys know someone that knows something.

Peel Hunt downgrade again, weren't we already a sell... oh f'k it, I've been down this rabbit hole. They flap from buy to hold to sell and back again more often than anyone could find credible and the share price target typically remains 1p above to 1p below the current share price.

I found two examples last time out where they had upgraded, only to downgrade again a couple of days later... someone more cynical than me may cry manipulation.

I don't have much respect for any of the sell side analysts recommendations but the analyst for Amerisur at Peel Hunt is bottom of the pile.

Won't surprise me to see a late reported trade at 24.75. Wondering for what other reason they let the opening auction settle at this price? I just hope an institution has taken the seller out and the share price can start reflecting the company again and not just the market.
