True, but ONGC can only pump what they can distribute at the well head. They are constrained by infrastructure rather than production limits so the reserves calculation is correspondingly low.

The rise in poo following attacks on Saudi installation briefly bumped share price back above 17p but that level hasn't looked like holding for a while now. With lacklustre interims, new operational activity seemingly on hold or delayed, reserves dropping partially as a result and no idea when / if initial part share/cash offer would be formally made or improved upon why should it?!
