25/1/2019 07:12 | Lucy I voted you up - but can you tell me who is the idiot (beside who I know best)? | ![]() kaos3
24/1/2019 23:58 | You're an idiot, a total complete utter idiot. What's the point of posting your nonsense on here if it's total and utter garbage? Perhaps if you took a minute or two to educate yourself before spouting such nonsense you'd not be running a close second to Diane Abbott in a cretin race. | ![]() lucyp00p
24/1/2019 22:04 | The options are already issued and conversion at whatever date therefor in the price - whether you like it or you don't that is a stupid argument, one which Harbour (it would seem) has lost convincingly. | ![]() aceuk
24/1/2019 21:13 | "millions of shares are handed over to the BoD on a daily basis as options"? I'm not aware of that, what do you base that on? Today's RNS doesn't equate to a 'daily basis' The BoD have recently been buying shares with their own money at 17-18p so why would they do that if the options were going to keep the share price depressed? More likely they are buying as they are fully aware of the huge potential here in light of the recent newsflow. | ![]() bountyhunter
24/1/2019 21:07 | i don't care what anyone on this board says the fact that millions of shares are handed over to the BOD on a daily basis, at zero price, as options for them to dispose when they feel like will keep the share price depressed. | ![]() fernandesb
24/1/2019 18:22 | Seems like there has been more institutional size trades this afternoon. Have they taken it down to close positions? Someone is happy to take the shares. | ![]() leas1
24/1/2019 16:07 | MMs appear to have bought us back to the level at which Institutional "deck-chairs" can be moved about. Interesting... | knackers
24/1/2019 16:03 | Adam, How about this audio interview from 14th Jan: | ![]() homebrewruss
24/1/2019 15:44 | Adam -- don't think there has been an interview with JW since the term ''fairway'' was first used in the update below. 02/01/2019 07:00 UKREG Amerisur Resources PLC CPO -5 Operational Update "These latest data from the well further indicate that we are developing an important play fairway within the LS3 unit of our large CPO-5 block, with significant upside both in the Indico accumulation, other structures to be drilled in the immediate future, as well as a long programme of exploitation within this sizeable block which is five times the size of our Platanillo block." | ![]() westmoreland lad
24/1/2019 15:43 | Found some loose change down the back of the sofa and decided to top-up with a few more while we have this dip. It may go a little lower but happy to have paid less than some of the directors when they purchased larger sums earlier. | ![]() lauders
24/1/2019 15:42 | No real way of knowing whether the company is in a closed period or not... I'd guess not, but the only way to know would be to ask the company. | ![]() thegreatgeraldo
24/1/2019 15:37 | I saw the lumpy amounts going through and wondered whether company still in a closed period ? Whichever way looking forward to CPO-5 4 drill activity, hopefully similar success. | ![]() yasrub
24/1/2019 15:32 | Some decent lumps of stock going thru this after..... | ![]() thegreatgeraldo
24/1/2019 14:51 | Hi guys! I have just logged in for the first time in months. I didn't have the stomach to watch my oil shares bumping along the bottom. I've just sat on what i've got. Now I see that there has been some very heavy director buying and some spectacular upside potential with CPO-5 and Occidental deal. The former, in particular referred to a "fairway" and I presume that was not a term used lightly? Can anyone point me towards a recent interview with JW on this? | ![]() adam
24/1/2019 13:17 | We dont see or hear much from Dodge_city these days. Perhaps he is still buying TRP at a 50% discount | moneylender
24/1/2019 13:08 | A valuation 'disconnect' also feeds frustration of course, and in recent weeks the problem has not exactly been delivery vs expectation! Now, 'expect' to see some significant work commissioned in the coming weeks to improve storage and supply management at the Indico pad as we can 'expect' 15,000+ bopd production from Indico's various drills/wells by the end of July. | knackers
24/1/2019 10:58 | 'Expectation feeds Frustration' the share price will do what it wants and I doubt anyone on this thread is able to influence that. Good luck all LTH's ✌🏻 | ![]() spudders
24/1/2019 10:40 | That was the position back on the 6th September 2018 and he was dumping at the rate of 10 million per month: the graph tells the story. Anyone who thinks that there will be any further notification is clutching at straws: the bottom line was that on both acquisitions and disposals, the rules were ignored. The company, of course, do know the position, but it is quite hard for anyone else to verify the disposal without reasonable forensic accounting skills. Making the point again, it is plainly wrong that every time a share is sold, someone pipes up with the old mantra: he only had 34 million to sell back in September and he can only sell them once! It is documented that junior wanted a seat on the board: perhaps, part of the anger was that he wanted to be part of the gravy train, but that, of course, is only speculation on my part. | ![]() charlieeee
24/1/2019 10:38 | tyler durden1 24 Jan '19 - 10:18 - 16464 of 16465 0 0 0 I don't know if this is accurate but marketscreener suggests he has 2.83% ...It was. Once. That's his last declared holding (as at 6th Sept 2018). He's had the odd opp to reduce further since then. | ![]() thegreatgeraldo
24/1/2019 10:27 | It won't really matter how many RH has got if AMER keep getting positive drilling results. Sp may slip a penny or so but with next spud due this month I can't see a return to recent miserable lows.... well I hope not anyway! | rollthedice
24/1/2019 10:18 | I don't know if this is accurate but marketscreener suggests he has 2.83% | ![]() tyler durden1
24/1/2019 10:02 | Factually none of us know whether Rex is out yet? What we do know is that as Rex H has not notified during his disposals, then if he is using the rule on not notifying a single transaction until it has settled, then he would be obliged to notify then. That has not occurred so its reasonable to suggest he may not have finished that transaction. Either way the company and the City know precisely how many he has, if any, as the 3% threshold for notification does not mean a company does not know or can't find out exactly the status. So the company know. it is a fundamental rule under the Companies Act that a company can if necessary find out beneficial owners, irrespective of how many they hold Charliee, Daniel Harbour was only part of the Harbour Foundation which held Amerisur, other Amerisur shares were owned by Rex. Daniel is still director of the Harbour Foundation and I do not believe he ever sought director in Amerisur. He is a scientist. Edmond is also a director of Harbour Foundation and so are other members of the Harbour family. It is a charity and as far as I know they sold out of Amerisur some time ago. They have investments now of just over £17m current assets of £30m. Daniel has been involved in the Harbour Foundation for years, so I think the idea it was a battle that concerned him being appointed to BoD of Amerisur are incorrect as he's been active director since 2008 of Harbour Foundation which appears to do some decent charitable work. Rex's own holding was quite separate to those held in the Harbour Foundation where Daniel did have a say. | ![]() tyler durden1

24/1/2019 09:24 | Gersemi You are just about right on that. It is the ghost of Rex Harbour which still haunts this stock as the real investor departed months ago and 9.5p was his last will and testament (and it is about time that the real Rex turned up his toes as well, though of course, it has always been his son involved in AMER: it was junior who wanted the seat on the board...what fun that would have been!). Being blunt, I have little interest in ghosts of the past and find it far more worthwhile to speculate on the future, from either a TA or fundamental perspective, both having a contribution to make, IMO. Keep your ghost stories to scare the kids. | ![]() charlieeee
24/1/2019 09:09 | Charlieee I'm not insinuating anything, I'm stating fact. Rex still haunts the stock. FACT. And anyway, what I type on this forum is of absolute irrelevance. Just gas in the wind. We're all holders and we want the same thing so at times ignore my expressions of frustrations. They're not relevant and I don't express them to invite a response Good luck fella-fellass | ![]() gersemi |
