Oil Extends Climb on OPEC Cuts, Hopes for Trade Thaw

Oil prices climbed Friday after four straight sessions of gains, boosted by OPEC-led production cuts and a potential thaw in U.S.-China trade tensions.

Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, was up more than 2% at $57.11 a barrel on London's Intercontinental Exchange.

West Texas Intermediate futures, the U.S. oil standard, were up 1.9% at $47.98 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

The uncomplicated sedimentary profile/characteristics of N.W. CPO5 + understanding gained from Mari-1 and Indi-1 will no doubt help expedite a decision on the horsepower required.
