12/6/2018 08:15 | The fact that new exploration and drilling keeps getting kicked down the road despite years to plan means you need to be mindful of one thing. They actually lost cash flow last year despite decent production numbers in light of current dire production figures cash flow is going to become a big issue. | blueclyde
11/6/2018 20:48 | Some posts painting a very bleak picture but they just don't tie in with recent Director buys, in my opinion. That said, this management really needs to sort itself out. We had a double whammy last week: perceived delay in monthly figures suggesting the figures were bad and knocking the share price Then when the figures did come out and proved to be disappointing, the share price took another, heftier knock. And they also tried to take us for mugs with their wording over the drilling changing from June to Q3. The arrogance emanating from this bunch of conceited clowns is frustrating and concerning. | chopper harris1
11/6/2018 20:38 | Vetra deal based on $8.49 /P2 reserves | kingivor
11/6/2018 19:59 | clearly a lot of lth's underwater here but im expecting a hostile takeout on the cheap c.25p max before the interims are out as the cash position, once exposed will see the opportunity for a bargain vanish. | kingivor
11/6/2018 19:53 | Or other decisive action like what's happening at Stobart, BT and Barclays at the moment !The updates from ONGC Videsh and Geopark are far more professional and informative than what we get... | farview1
11/6/2018 19:51 | I flagged the water cut issue ages ago as I have been here since 2012. The reason production is falling month on month is that the wells seem to be falling off production wise pretty steeply. The problem is AMER has been making good money for five or so years but every penny has been reinvested trying to drill new wells in PLAT that quickly fall off. Add up how many wells have been drilled on PLAT to date and how many millions spent and yet production and reserves are in sharp decline.I am not looking to get into an argument so instead please can someone think about this Mariposa-1 LTT is producing at 3100 barrels a day which is the new well in CPO 5.Can someone at least acknowledge they understand that sensationally when his well is subtracted from current production rates that PLAT has decreased from over 12,000 barrels of oil per day to currently something like 3500. Things are looking very bad it is essentially one well with limited reserves and will decline like all the others that is keeping this going short term. | blueclyde
11/6/2018 19:06 | A lot of us long term holders keep kidding ourselves that what ever it says in a rns there is good news and once again we can believe that good times are about to happen trouble is the market don't see it that way almost every rns says sorry we didn't quite make it this time (bad weather, natives revolt, drill broke, workers late back from teabreak) you name it like schoolkids trying to get out of going to school time to for the board to man up get their finger out. | bryet
11/6/2018 16:29 | odvod - Rex is so clever that he bought PANR at 140p (ish). They are now worth 19p. Just sayin'. | bigwavedave

11/6/2018 15:16 | The posts of interest to me, and a number of others I am in contact with, are about replacing the BoD, or most of them. An Activist leader will have much support assured to get the ball rolling. | tonyrelaxes
11/6/2018 14:29 | It was Lucy. I went out and bought a few bottles and am now enjoying a bottle on my balcony enjoying the sunshine with my wife. Its much better than reading most of the posts on this board | underhill2
11/6/2018 14:25 | Doom and gloom??? The posting about the Rioja was uplifting | lucyp00p
11/6/2018 14:14 | reacting by "doom and gloom labeling" to the negative scenarios/opinions is so weak & flake like imho SP is @ 16p for a reason and BOD brought it here. Markets are high, POO is high, lots of cash, no debt .... un drilled acerage in good provinces. It takes a ------- (fill the blanks) to spoil it Even activist hedgie does not touch it. Rex is a clever man who knows which battle he will win at a profit. | odvod
11/6/2018 14:06 | It was a general comment based on what is posted on this board. It was not aimed at anyone specific. What I have said many times on here is that until we have new Management progress will be at a snails pace. | underhill2
11/6/2018 13:52 | Undehill, correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought you love a bit of doom and gloom!!! | eddie_yates
11/6/2018 13:42 | Underhill, Correct me if I'm wrong, but this year's drilling campaign is targeting around 130mmbbls. How much have you got in the m/cap for that? Or was the "doom & gloom" comment aimed at somebody else? | thegreatgeraldo
11/6/2018 13:35 | Compared to post AGM, 24p by close, gap up to 65 etc. Still, this time next year.. | 3roach
11/6/2018 13:27 | Lots of doom and gloom on this messageboard. Very depressing. | underhill2
11/6/2018 13:21 | In my book, the market is expecting a very low hit rate from this year's drilling.... | thegreatgeraldo
11/6/2018 12:11 | latest 60 to 70 millions drilling program might be the last one for the existing shareholders for good or bad. | kaos3 |
