Quidnunc - You are quite correct. So many repetitive posts. We all know the share is undervalued but the Market thinks otherwise. All Management do with Amerisur, Ironveld and Kennedy is under achieve. Unless we see a change of Management all these companies is plod along.

Another wasted day, the only way this is going to move north is on significant newsflow.

No sign of that.

Only comment I have is there continues to be significant buying, but by very happy coincidence the share price conveniently hovers in the 15s.

Some big buyers have all the luck...

Royalties aren't separated out in the results and so they aren't in my post. Numbers were based on interims so 2016 & 2018 are irrelevant. We were talking about revenue numbers and I mentioned little if any profit on the P&L.

Finally royalties:

"Royalties payable during the production period are calculated on a field-by-field basis using a sliding scale that ranges from 8% (for incremental production up to 5,000 bbls/d) up to a maximum of 25% (for incremental production above 600,000 bbls/d). "

The uptick in 2018 you refer too I guess is on the assumption of a decent uptick in production?"

If you trawl back far enough, you'll see royalty payments discussed in detail, I posted the breakdown of how royalties are calculated a couple of times on the old thread.

So what happened to the reserves, they seem to have suddenly disappeared, just like
the guy that runs this company.

Dare I mention royalties?
A certain broker estimates $12m in FY 2017 - presumably paid in cash - you'll see them kicking in on the 2017 interim presentation slides. None were due in FY 2016. They'll go up markedly in FY 2018.

Why not mention royalties?? What makes you think "none were due in 2016" though? Given the rise in the OP, clearly royalties will rise. If the company succeeds in raising production, royalties would be also expected to rise....
