Hold on a minute. At the last AGM our chief exec said he never looks at the share price Perhaps that's why he's not commenting. If so he's in for a nasty shock at the next one where he gets a kicking.

management is there for the current shareholders value creation which is reflected in the SP

a child would be worried if the main purpose is going bad and would react and communicate about it

if a grown up person does not it either is stupid or has some other unethical motives

Some confusion I should imagine gonzela. Everyones really bearish and the stocks still nigh on 16 to buy.
Would think it was 14 judging by the posts.
Nymex has broken strongly to the upside on the daily this a.m. Strongly through the 50dsma too which IF it holds would presumably mean the bears $55 targets will recede and bulls take the ascendancy.

Its the same with all Giles Clarke companies quoted on the Stock Market. Lots of promises but considerable under achievement. At least they have that City clown Macy to keep supporting them !

Looks like there is a standoff from buyers as well now. No more buying until management sort it out. We should all send an email to the board to express our disappointment (for those who feel this will act as distraction to the board, I believe the board had ample chances to act on this before). Very unhappy.

I will be topping up if the share price drops below 15p. As I have said previously I believe that the potential here will only be realised by a takeover. Otherwise as a previous poster said Management will continue to take out their large salaries and issue more options to themselves. They dont care about not achieving their targets as long as they are well remunerated. One day this will be taken out. I will wait for that day because one day it has to happen. Patience will be rewarded

I see that Amer are putting some superficial posts on Twitter such as 3 recently appointed NEDs. Hardly recent or relevant considering all the drilling, reserves and stat a/c info we all eagerly await. The mind boggles.

This is so tedious. Are we planning another multi million dollar Paraguay write down this year? No. Are the reserves going to rise significantly? Yes. Who cares about the 7k output numbers, at least we're producing.

Time for the BOD to grow a pair and steady the ship Rex has everyone by the balls and is screwing us all. We need positive news like we have produced over 7000 this month or has the company once again failed to meet their own target and if so time for a change at the top or we are all brown bread..rant over!.

Dont agree with your views. 7,000 bopd has been the target for a few years now. That news is already in the Market. We should be seeing 12,000 bopd target for this year. Amerisur has good cash flow but this has yet yo be reflected in profitability. The Market wants to see profits here. Yes the share price is undervalued but its ubder 26p for a reason. That reason is continual selling. Hopefully Rex will soon be gone

A company with zero debt and 7k daily production doesn't need to keep producing good news. In theory it simply needs to not produce bad news and bingo, another $180,000 daily profit in the books. The share price decline since the last production announcement is preposterous, hell, Rex could buy back in tomorrow and still show a healthy turn while us clever folk look like idiots.

The share price is dropping every day because of the continual selling. Also there is no positive news to ignite the share price.Patience is required here and a lot of it !
