A free Buletin Board is not going to have an effect on the share price - nick upto the premium paid BB and Amer is not top priority. Does anyone know how many Amer shares the Market Makers are sitting on?

finally I am out of this at little loss after about 18 months
finally daunt on me when IEA received and offer for 120 and I got them about the same time I got in amer TLW SOU and few more
with amer I made a small loss but all the rest are between 120% to 400+% up clearly something wrong here and I must admit defeat on this one.
with word imminent and a number of overpromise and under deliver this is not the share for me, I suspect lie many that the management are in for themselves only as they have no problem to award bonuses and share for no apparent reason.
I wish you all a good luck and hopefully for you amer like some other will start to motor as soon as I sell

if joe bloggs owned 101,353,943 shares in amerisur as an individual its one thing but where anonymous beneficial owners via an offshore company are involved which has been struck off its rather more serious

If Joe Bloggs PLC buys some stock in Tesco and then gets dissolved, how stupid would you look at the agm asking Mr. Tesco about it? Anyone can trade this company, go bust, die, go to prison. Don't get so hung up on it unless you can make a difference yabbering on about it here, which you can't

The directors here have always taken too much out of this company. Its been this way since GC and NH took over.

Did JW bin his shares as soon as they were vested? I'm pretty sure he didn't as he probably doesn't have to bother with PAYE in the jungle. All the negativity seems to come from some directors having to pay their taxes and nothing more sinister than that.

Do you know what happened to their 101,353,943 shares?

The share price suggests the market is more in keeping with my comments than yours, but have no doubt I'd prefer it if the share price was rising, but it isn't.

I'm hoping as I mentioned that the BoD are working on some must do deal behind the scenes as they did once before, but there's no getting away from the fact that they have not been covered in glory of late.

Their targets are their targets not mine, so when they fail, they damage the share price

There has been support at 24p for over a year so i am only concerned if it goes below this freshold and even at that it might be the MM's tree shake in which case there is good news around the corner but there is some good money coming in at 24.5p?

25p still holding. (EDIT: Spoke too soon now <25)

All my other oilers have been flying this year but AMER which I long considered to be safest bet of all (AIM listed shares) can't even manage a sparkler let alone a rocket under the share price :(
