05/12/2024 23:28 | Hi simon, sorry I have been a bit short of time recently. I have played around with using twitter as a host for charts generated on tradingview and it seems to work well. It's effectively using twitter as the hosting site for images. 1, Take a snapshot/tweet image on tview. 2, Goto your home page on twitter and right click on chart image. 3, Copy image address then delete tweet 4, Post image on advfn using usual html | bamboo2
05/12/2024 09:18 | Cheers!! It's a good idea to look at SMAs, as the chart is a bit all over the place. It has run twice to 400p, and maybe it is now setting up run number three. | simon gordon
05/12/2024 09:14 | ANCR Price settled at 200 after retrace from the breakaway gap [red circle 28/2/24] the remaining gap is the low support zone. There are two patterns, a dominant H&S, neckline in red [tp200], and a subsequent INVH&S neckline in green [tp272]. The H&S confirmed but price found support at 220 and rebounded back above the neckline. The INVH&S is unconfirmed. The upper green line is the neckline of a larger unconfirmed INVH&S [tp400]. Both INVH&S require eod close above the neckline to confirm as valid. There is more recent higher historical support at 230, and resistance at 250. 50sma and 200smas supporting below rising share price True golden cross imminent. 100sma rising above rising share price is a minor obstacle. | bamboo2
05/12/2024 07:53 | Hi simon, I'll get back to you in a bit. | bamboo2
05/12/2024 07:17 | Morning Bamboo, What are your thoughts on the ANCR chart? Here's the quarterly going back to 2008. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | simon gordon
22/1/2022 11:18 | Thanks Marty. Bulkowski says we should divide up the DH3peaks pattern into its constituent patterns. The end of this one is a H&S [red] If the price closes below the support line [orange] a Double Top is confirmed. Note possible turn dates Feb6 and Mar1 | bamboo2
22/1/2022 08:11 | Bamboo, thankyou for your input in answer to my queries of my thoughts. I think you'll like these 2 charts below on BTCUSD free stock charts from uk.advfn.com Bulkowski on Three Peaks and Domed House | martywidget
18/12/2021 20:59 | mf, anticipate this will be ok on fundamentals, but chart telling another story. ==================== Oxford Nanopore Technologies [ONT] is a company producing Next Generation Sequencers, [NGS] that read the DNA of living things. It addresses a rapidly expanding market and is used everywhere from the Arctic to Equator, the ISS to Aquatic projects on the sea bed. The business has two main income streams supplying hardware, and selling consumables. The UK recently announced a £5 billion pound package in R&D to spur innovation in healthcare over the next three years. It is likely that ONT will be the recipient of some of this investment money, as Genomics England begins implementation of a wide range of decentralised tech projects. The Health Service is just one potential customer. There are numerous other health based projects around the world that will need a similar level of investment over coming years. Other opportunities include environmental applications and population science. The NGS market has a CAGR anticipated at approximately 20% between now and 2030. | bamboo2
06/11/2021 19:21 | Hi Mate, I don't have a Trading View sub. Looks like MNZSs ready to break out if the good macro news continues re: Covid. | simon gordon
04/11/2021 09:28 | On last market chart, 17/11/2021 [x2] unsure of direction, watch inbound trend for likely direction. Yesterday I did try to do a chart on advfn but it was really glitchy, so gave up. There are a number of gaps [forming possible resistance zones] to be aware of on the downtrend approx FEB 20 Rather than go through them here, do you have a free subscription to the trading view charts? I could probably share screenshots if you did? It's slightly tricky to get started, but once you do it's a doddle. | bamboo2
03/11/2021 12:20 | Hey Bamboo, MNZS looks interesting chart wise. Any turn dates coming up? | simon gordon
31/10/2021 10:17 | sdry That's a flag forming. | bamboo2
31/10/2021 10:15 | Hi Mate, I know the problem. Not sure how you overcome it if you are trying to pin point turn dates. Looks like there are a lot technical trades playing IPO with the 10p bands. | simon gordon
31/10/2021 10:06 | Hi Simon, over recent sessions, the daily IPO chart shows some long candles the were mainly shaped by the opening auction in which there was little if any volume showing. I can use these candles for drawing trendlines, but my experience in the past is that these outliers cause me problems in using patterns, and particularly in judging future turn dates. Any ideas how they should be handled? | bamboo2
28/10/2021 19:10 | sdry, just about to have a look. sg , it's another INVH&S, confirmed with eod close above 296.5 tp is 350 hr at 300, 343, 400 hs approx 245, 225 turn today, can't ascertain direction until after tomorrows eod close. Next turn is soon, 2/11/2021 Looks good The larger pattern you mention would be better seen as a bowl, or larger invh&s. | bamboo2
27/10/2021 16:11 | SDRY - looks an interesting chart. Is that a big cup and handle: 2019 to 2021? | simon gordon
26/10/2021 13:55 | Cheers!! Does look good and the story stacks up. Chairman did a presentation last week at a Mello and was very straight up. Been around the block and was confident share would recover in time from Covid. | simon gordon
26/10/2021 13:45 | Hi Simon, At first glance yes, but zooming out it looks more INVH&S reversal to me. eod close above 110 to confirm for a tp approx 130-133 Hr at 112, 130 Support 105 Price currently above rising 50, falling 200, but about to cross. [edit, typed below, meant above, have edited] Looks excellent from a long pov Potential turn 17-18/11/2021 | bamboo2
26/10/2021 10:07 | Bamboo, AVAP - cup and handle pattern? | simon gordon
24/10/2021 17:25 | I think I will be watching the volume and if a giant block goes through I will buy in. Maybe it will go for around that 130p mark. Then rally back to 200p. Potential 40% trade if it comes off. I haven't contacted them. I now find that Investor Meet webinars, RNSs, charts and google search is enough for me nowadays. I really like Investor Meet and there are usually some smart questions from investors at the end. | simon gordon
24/10/2021 17:11 | Sg, There's support approx 143, 132 & 120. Important to know, as the biggest obstacle for chart patterns hitting tp's is support for downward targets, and resistance for upward targets Tradingview chart next possible turn date is 11-12/11/2021 Tradingview says 7/12/2021 for next update. Have you tried a q email to IR at the co? Ask them if they know who is and why are they selling? Since the lockdown I have had some interesting emails exchanges with various co's. Makes you feel more connected! It's too time consuming trying to work with the advfn charts, there is little precision when placing trendlines and they jump around as you scale up and down! | bamboo2
24/10/2021 16:30 | That's a brutal target. Really need to lose a lot more clients for it to happen. I'm watching. The new CEO has a strategy and brought some new talent in. Someone in size wants out. | simon gordon |
