They are concerned and aware of the need, but I agree probably lack the time or resources to search for a decent broker. They got a top 10 accountancy firm, I'm sure they want a proper broker. I did speak with them last year and they are aware of the problem. But yes, not a top priority I guess.

I suspect that management, which is lean, is lacking time resources so spends it's time building the company rather than promoting it. As they're probably not planning on selling any time soon, it would make sense. Once they've built it out more, maybe then they'll worry more about brokers etc..

The PR sucks because they don't have a company broker or anybody producing research (not that it adds any value) The company is the size that is unattractive to brokers.. too small to generate any fees from research, not likely to be involved in any M&A.
However as business dries up for brokers, which it is, someone will take them on soon...company just needs to keep trying. They want a quality smaller companies team (preferably with other miners in their portfolio) to take it on, not the bucket shops.

The only real issue with this share is the PR isn't great. For example it wldnt hurt putting out quarterly accounts rather than guidance, then that could be updated and those who find shares thru share screeners based on accounts would find it. Still, it appears that's not their strong point whereas digging up gold is

It's seems the norm now. What's going to kick the share price up. PI's not even trading the news now so not even a spike.

Previously Altyngold mentioned silver resource, so be interesting if or how much the by-product is.

Would be very unusual if there was no byproduct.

Good morning all.
Good luck for today to all. Let's see how the market reacts to these excellent results.
The BoD keep their head down and deliver. It is a pity they don't advertise themselves much at all !!

$60m FY revenue should translate into $29m ebita or c.£24m. With an improving grade profile and expanding production to come in 2023/24

So if running at abt 50% costs then there's turnover of £50m and £25m profit or PE ratio of 1.36. Of course profits will probably drop from that if they offset all the expansion costs (I imagine it would be treated that way although am no expert) but makes it very cheap. Shld be a price jump today.

Another good set of results. No bull in them, no prevarication. They just do a good job and the grades in particular very encouraging.

The grade improvement (18% to 2.49 g/t) is great to see, weather happens and Q1 will see similar as February was particularly harsh in Kaz.

Grades and gold price offset the extreme weather related lower production. Sounds like we are gearing up for a significant shift upwards in production this year!

...hence the silence?

We know that ALTN are looking for funding for TS, have application submitted to government, have done DD to get the $40m loan.

It's doesn't take a rocket scientist to join the dots to see that there will very likely be some major corporate action here in due course.

Probably works like Arthur Daley on Minder on one episode where he ran a tip sheet....half the punters told to bet to win, half to lose....Honest Arthur only got a commission of those who won. .......

Breakout upwards and soon from those tight Bollinger Bands? It looks like it!

It could be a return to 07-09 except inflation is 10% and government debt is already massive.

If we return to those QE years it means a U turn for fed policy, and don't mention the war!

Interesting times ahead.
