The only blip in the last year was failing to warn us of mill downtime, yet we still maintained production.

I don't think we can describe that as incompetent.

Let's see what Thursday brings us.

The company has not historically given Q3 production results, I don't see that changing this year. Would love to be proved wrong.

It seems to me, late reporting of Q3 production is now to be tied in to the EGM on Friday. So probably Thurs or Friday this week.
Why not report production earlier?
Why do other companies delay reporting or bring reporting forward?

Tells you all you need to know what to expect from these incompetants .....

Disgusting performance by the market makers in this stock by not showing the true bid/offer.

Something has to give here soon enough, the news blackout period has to come to an end this week.

With the fund raising of last year they now have many stakeholders, and with the coming Consolidation it seems they are intent on attracting more stakeholders in the coming year, so yes we will be getting Q3 numbers and further updates and progress reports, in my opinion.

Big week ahead, possibly several RNS's.

Not sure to what extent the mkt cap is influenced by current production numbers v growth and future production, but in my opinion £40m mkt cap is ridiculous.

I do think our share price is held back by poor sentiment of stale bulls who still think the management will fail to deliver, so I'm wondering what news would change that mindset and cause an "inflection point"?

If we get Q3 of 7,000 oz would that help?

Personally I'm more interested in how the finance raised is being spent, and if production cam keep up with debt repayments, and, the TS open pit development plan.

You don't actually need the name. I had a company that was registered as one name but the most successful part traded under a completely different name. Whilst I would not expect that to be the case here, there are ways and means around this. Pretty schoolboy stuff though.

They will need to appeal it to show he's done it for monetary gain - don't think that will be done in time for next week. Easier to pay him £1k to go away....................or change it to Altyn Gold Resources Plc......but then I'm about to register that..... :-)

In those old articles it states that the law was being changed to stop such opportunistic registrations - the person has to demonstrate they actually intend on using the name for a specific purpose other than just selling it back to the Company.

Or did the updated Companies Act not include such stipulation in the end?

Once these shares are consolidated they may be easier to buy and sell. I would expect the spread to be more in line. That is when I see fair value here.JW
