Thunberg? Massive vote of confidence if true. She does not strike me as an obvious investor type.

I see aimsmarter is showing 42 employees on LinkedIn. During the worst of Covid, they were down to 34 I believe. They are also hiring. So suggests strong recovery.

Perhaps Zeus might have a helpful fresh eye on drafting RNSs and clearly explaining the business model.

Decided to top up. I was going to anyway reading very bullish updates on the state of the US promo market in recent days. Today's broker news was the final nudge.

Hi North. Yes i would say so for sure. And about driving shareholder value for ALT. They have an excellent reputation and far more niche than FIncapp

Change the broker as much as you like but please do not mention the ruddy great elephant in the room.

Rob, good to hear from you. So is Zeus appointment about driving greater exposure of us to new investors?

I see this as brilliant news. Zeus are superb advisers and they act for just the sort of business we have in ALT. Let's face it , FIncapp never did diddly squat for ALT.At last we have a specialist set of Nominated advisers and brokers. No wonder so much silence from the Board . Locked period I assume before this is announced Good news !Manny you are right . The long term shareholders esp the top three wont be going anywhere until someone comes along and scoops us up for a premium

When you look at the breakdown of the investor base at ALT compared to our competition like PEBB, we have very few institutional investors = sticky/long term money. Maybe the change in broker is simply to give someone else a chance of cracking this investor base for ALT as Finncap have done a pretty appalling job.

Of course, perhaps we want to raise money to fund a strategic add on, or provide greater liquidity for the debt finance side of the business? Time will tell, but deffo something in today's change of adviser.

Hey North, we can stop a management buy out. I believe that there is a percentage at which they can force it, but it’s pretty high.
