I agree that the most important thing is to keep the team together and this incentive scheme seems to achieve that by locking in 3 of the most senior team members for 3 years. However, the thing that sticks in my throat a bit is that in June 2018, when Nikki became CEO, the share price was 90p. Now, ALL her new stock options will vest if the share price is 20% LOWER than where it was when she became CEO. I would have rather given everyone more stock options with higher strike prices. I would not have set the lowest strike lower than the most recent high 115p-120p area.

From today's New York Times on US vaccination:As of this evening, about 64.1 million Americans had received at least one dose and about 33.9 million of that number had been fully vaccinated, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In three years, if it is less than £3, its not the stock I thought I was investing in and they will have mismanaged the company, or there will have been a global recession IMO. We are entering the period, where it should be ALT’s time to shine, so yes 50-75p over three years is unambitious, but I’m not bothered if it works.

Three years is good; but even more reason not to have set such weak targets. In three years I think we all hope to be well north of a quid. So why go so low?

Absolutely right this is about tying in the CEO for three years which is critical for us

You are right they are tied in for 3 years. Not sure why that was in small print, when it is the most bullish point in the whole RNS.

Surely the vesting is entirely related to retaining what appears to be a very good team of top executives CEO and CFO are tied in for 3 years if they want this easy money. I agree the targets will be easily met..probably by the end of this year .but that’s NOT the point is it! S

Hmmm. That vesting price of between 50 to 75 pence is rather unambitious. I would have been keen to see north of a pound at least.

"At this stage of a "penny share" growth, I don't expect to be accused of ramping." Perish the thought! "I would expect to see rises per day, equivalent to Today`s price." Oh my!

I would doubt it is any BOD member and if no RNS might possibly be an Insti which would be good news.

I don’t disagree. I also owned it before as well and looking back I do sometimes wonder why, but at least now the possibilities are very clear to see.

Hi Blister. Yes I did and the stock absolutely has fantastic potential but it’s never translated to revenue yet.

JRoss, I’m with you. But I think it is fair to say that if you owned it prior to the AIM purchase, it has a very different (likely) potential now.
