Too true. Financial reporting has never been any good here, forever sub-standard. Has to change that vice, as well as improving the quality of results. Patience running out.

Positive update from Pebb - one that covers the period to end May. Yet our most recent update covers the period to end December, and we're now in June.

Indeed, the last trading update was to the period end December '20; five months ago. Improvements need to be made in the quickness of when we receive monies from customers I suspect.

This is very disappointing after the hopes generated in Feb 2021. No updates, nothing. Share price drifting down. not good.

Another Enormous pile of cash, $6,000,000,000,000 ploughed into USA economy via President`s Infrastructure boost. If the House pass this plan. ALT surely have to gain something from that? Any chance KE might think so and buy ALT shares? not too many, just a few.

I hadn't actually picked this up at the time, but that trading update on April 8 for the 'year ending March' - wasn't that at all. It only offered numbers upto 31 December. It's this sort of lack of transparency that bugs me.

Agreed, Those with no skin in the game should certainly not have any say in Alt route. That needs addressing, NOW!! KE Obviously has no faith, no interest in, ALT.

Stephen the US reopening for large events is the key to ALT being able to return to normality and hopefully its upward path. The BOD have a split between those with real investment in ALT and those who don't. I know which should take charge for any increase in the long term valuation.

As the Month`s & Quarters pass by with no news, just Tumbleweed blown across the screen. Alt begins to resemble a private members club, run for benefit of, The Committee. Whilst others in the same business make huge progress, shouted from Roof tops. Does nobody care??

If it were an exec chair then yes, they have power. A non exec can help prod, ask questions, press etc. There is a difference.

Northwards left out; Share price will be driven by company performance which is the job of the senior management, and guidance from the wider Board, directed and advised by the experience of the Chairperson or non-exec Chairperson. The Power behind any Board of Directors is in the `CHAIR`

In a non-exec capacity I disagree. The share price will be driven by company performance which is the job of the senior management, and guidance from the wider board.

It's worth pointing out he's non Exec chair. He has no real power.

Lethargy of Holders like Sheepdog, allow People like KE to sit comfortable for years, do nothing, but skim cream, then leave a basket case for others to sort out. The difference here is; Dissenters with Skin in the game are not happy, it is in KE remit to make them happy or catch a Bus elsewhere, NOW! I would add, the longer this unrest festers, the worse it gets. Solutions please, Altitude Board.

KE is non-exec chairman of RBG too. According to their reports, they paid him: £33k in 2015, £90k in 2016, £90k in 2017, £255k in 2018, £90k in 2019 £80k in 2020 He currently has just over £50k worth of shares in RBG!!! Do you need to know anymore about this guys committment in the companies where he is on the board? KE cares about KE. Leave with dignity whilst you can KE before we, the shareholders throw you out because it will happen.
