If it were an exec chair then yes, they have power. A non exec can help prod, ask questions, press etc. There is a difference.

Northwards left out;

Share price will be driven by company performance which is the job of the senior management, and guidance from the wider Board, directed and advised by the experience of the Chairperson or non-exec Chairperson.

The Power behind any Board of Directors is in the `CHAIR`

In a non-exec capacity I disagree. The share price will be driven by company performance which is the job of the senior management, and guidance from the wider board.

It's worth pointing out he's non Exec chair. He has no real power.

Lethargy of Holders like Sheepdog, allow People like KE to sit comfortable for years, do nothing, but skim cream, then leave a basket case for others to sort out.

The difference here is; Dissenters with Skin in the game are not happy, it is in KE remit to make them happy or catch a Bus elsewhere, NOW!

I would add, the longer this unrest festers, the worse it gets. Solutions please, Altitude Board.

KE is non-exec chairman of RBG too. According to their reports, they paid him:

£33k in 2015,
£90k in 2016,
£90k in 2017,
£255k in 2018,
£90k in 2019
£80k in 2020

He currently has just over £50k worth of shares in RBG!!!

Do you need to know anymore about this guys committment in the companies where he is on the board? KE cares about KE. Leave with dignity whilst you can KE before we, the shareholders throw you out because it will happen.

I'm a bit confused. KE is not an active chair, but why the negativity now?

KE has become a drag on the share price. I sincerely hope he has ALT best interests at heart?

From where I stand, KE seems to be waiting for the PUSH and a big pay day.

Are ALT & FOUR even in the same business?

The Difference in Sentiment is Stark! FOUR Flying, price rising, no reach across.

I didn't know that Think says it all that he has not bought a decent stake even when the share price dropped to sub 20 Unlike the two main shareholders

He's renowned for them. Who could forget the great " he's god" , he's "Le President" with a horrid suit, back to "he's god".

Hi Manny, Of course, I don't understand why I had left Peter out of my thoughts, a thoroughly nice guy, very communicative and to read your thoughts Manny, would free MV to do what he does best, meet and greet.

Rob, £1 a share with these changes, very quickly. onwards & upwards.
