15/6/2021 09:04 | Rob, good to hear from you. So is Zeus appointment about driving greater exposure of us to new investors? | northwards
15/6/2021 09:00 | I see this as brilliant news. Zeus are superb advisers and they act for just the sort of business we have in ALT. Let's face it , FIncapp never did diddly squat for ALT.At last we have a specialist set of Nominated advisers and brokers. No wonder so much silence from the Board . Locked period I assume before this is announced Good news !Manny you are right . The long term shareholders esp the top three wont be going anywhere until someone comes along and scoops us up for a premium | robbnw
15/6/2021 08:52 | When you look at the breakdown of the investor base at ALT compared to our competition like PEBB, we have very few institutional investors = sticky/long term money. Maybe the change in broker is simply to give someone else a chance of cracking this investor base for ALT as Finncap have done a pretty appalling job. | mannymif
15/6/2021 08:24 | Of course, perhaps we want to raise money to fund a strategic add on, or provide greater liquidity for the debt finance side of the business? Time will tell, but deffo something in today's change of adviser. | northwards
15/6/2021 08:10 | Hey North, we can stop a management buy out. I believe that there is a percentage at which they can force it, but it’s pretty high. | billster2018
15/6/2021 08:06 | I could be wrong, but it could explain MV going back on the board. I am also struck by how silent a few historic posters have been in the last month or so, who I believe are close to MV. If we have a MB, how much of a premium can we expect. Not big I suspect. | northwards
15/6/2021 07:57 | I suppose it could make sense why they are being so poor with communication. As the share price coming down for them is a positive. | billster2018
15/6/2021 07:49 | So North, what is the take then? Short/medium term positive. But we may not need the long term significant upside that some of us expect. | billster2018
15/6/2021 07:12 | Zeus Capital - one of its core offerings is facilitating management buyouts. Hmm. | northwards
14/6/2021 20:34 | Strange that the options mistake was only just picked up. Presume as a result of prep for finals. | northwards
14/6/2021 11:16 | Suspect we'd all welcome that clarity. Nearly three months after period end yet no trading update for that period. | northwards
14/6/2021 10:06 | Produce the results - that will sort the problems out. And maybe try to explain the exact business/revenue model - that should help. | kemche
14/6/2021 09:59 | Once investors start voting with their feet, it will be difficult to halt, better to call an EGM and sort the problem at source. IMHO. | stephen1946
13/6/2021 16:29 | Anybody up for an EGM, calling for KE resignation? Really cannot wait for him to wake up and smell the Coffee. Time to go luv. | stephen1946
11/6/2021 21:43 | KE has no real interest in ALT as shown by his wallet being closed for any share purchases for so long. He is too involved with RBG where shareholder value seems well down the BOD watch list. | seangwhite
10/6/2021 09:13 | Unfortunately these stocks trade on news flow and until there are real solid numbers supporting the share, it will just bounce around. As such, it’s traded down due to a lack of news. Obviously the largest holders are convinced it is going higher, or else they wouldn’t be buying more and more, and they have access to more info than we do. But I am pretty chilled. Hopefully they can give us a real insight as to how the promotional products market is feeling and what they expect for the rest of the year, rather than a cryptic update. I’m still mega bullish, but…. | billster2018
10/6/2021 08:14 | Northwards, such as? I think chair wears a mask and don't speak. There can be no doubt, Alt Board are being given plenty of slack but the `Pandemic` is a great excuse, can be used for years. Wonder what the response would be to a, "placing?" | stephen1946
10/6/2021 08:06 | A few of the regular posters on here have been quite recently. Wonder if the Chair has sent a shot across their bows? | northwards
05/6/2021 16:07 | Too true. Financial reporting has never been any good here, forever sub-standard. Has to change that vice, as well as improving the quality of results. Patience running out. | napoleon 14th
03/6/2021 07:49 | Yea, and look at 4imprint motor, wish we were in the same business. | stephen1946
03/6/2021 07:47 | Positive update from Pebb - one that covers the period to end May. Yet our most recent update covers the period to end December, and we're now in June. | northwards
01/6/2021 13:22 | Indeed, the last trading update was to the period end December '20; five months ago. Improvements need to be made in the quickness of when we receive monies from customers I suspect. | northwards
01/6/2021 11:13 | This is very disappointing after the hopes generated in Feb 2021. No updates, nothing. Share price drifting down. not good. | stephen1946
28/5/2021 12:18 | Another Enormous pile of cash, $6,000,000,000,000 ploughed into USA economy via President`s Infrastructure boost. If the House pass this plan. ALT surely have to gain something from that? Any chance KE might think so and buy ALT shares? not too many, just a few. | stephen1946 |
