There's a lack of understanding here, there are many reasons why the share price is falling, kaka could be right and we have a placing coming why he thinks that's the end of the world i don't know.My view is that this is a new company, its not on people's screens and its raised cash at 2p, we know that the broker decided to sell straight away and take profit, they nearly always do, without new buyers the price falls as they off load.News will arrive and give a clearer picture, only invest money you can afford to lose and do your research are the two main rules I employ. Gla short and long.

You stand incorrect on the JV partnership, that's 100% for sure, because, you will be surprised of what others know that post on these boards.

am posting about other co's so pi's can see the market is growing & expanding & Alpha has managed to agree a JV with an established co, where they will Algw's skills set.

so answer this kaka, what can Alpha do that SL Investments Ltd can't do, what exactly are Alpha bring to the table. Why are they doing a JV with a tin pot listed co?
