I don't mind derampers. But we have really drawn the short straw with kaka,400k raised in September, kaka states a fund raise is imminent because we are burning 50k a month and we should do the math. Hilarious.I won't spell it out.

Kaka, alpha have raised funds this year. I believe as they are listed on the main market there are restrictions to raising funds again in a 12 month period, there may be a workaround to this with share holder approval however I can't see any objections to a cash call if its for another acquisition, who would object to that? Certainly not me.
