You all need to look & concentrate on the Solv Ii product & the effect / impact this has on Inst's balance sheets & how their Hybrid product can resolve this issue to the inst's benefit and realise free cash from their balance sheet

seems things are linking up - ELSA

two names in this link & how they connect to Alpha and the Hybrid product

Agree, imo the market is about looking for quality, algw ticks many boxes I look for, of course there is risk and it may not give a return However this is not my job or main concern in life just an additional bonus if it comes off.

so Alpha isn't worth 1p or £1.26m but thinks Flx is worth £240m (400m x 3p)

Yet 6 months to Sept 2018 Flx sales were just £2.2m with Underlying EBITDA £0.71m loss

so am confused here kaka, please educate me in investing - Flx is to you worth £240m with £2.2 in 6 mnths sales - or 54 times revenues (£240m / £4.4m)

Please don't talk about Flx's potential as it's still loss making & it's not about small co's potential valaue, if so it applies to other small co's too you muppet

There annual admin fees inc salaries were £2.5m to 31 March 2018

Alpha pay £175k pa in admin salaries FYI

Administrative expenses excluding depreciation and amortisation and non-underlying items increased from £1.7m to £2.5m as the Group grew it's infrastructure and headcount to support growth. This included increased premises costs arising from a relocation of the London office as well as additional space in Birmingham for staff to support the Cyber division's growth plans. Further investment was made in increased sales and marketing capabilities in Assynt with the hire of a new managing director and commercial director. Average headcount in the year was 51

so they are still growing by buying up other co's - issuing lots more paper placing shares - see below

We continue to look for potential acquisitions which might reinforce or extend the Falanx Assynt business, while remaining mindful that our long-term clients value above all our consistency and quality of output. Accelerating growth while retaining these values remains a challenge, but if we can find the right acquisitions which allow us to do so, we are willing to consider them on a case by case basis.

Regarding the share price like many new starts they don't promote themselves correctly in my opinion, the markets prosecute the lack of news and we end up here, then news appears and the share price goes into overdrive creating voilent moves. All good fun tho.

Strange how he says one large sale to a FTSE 250 com, changes everything for Mid Guard product changes everything on FLX - SAME APPLIES TO Algw kaka!!

he talks about Flx carrying out DD - same as many other co's

Well Said but Small Time Derampers always know better.,,
I am curious about the investment from Unicorn. Worth reading about their experience with the AIM market. £1.5m is not a small amount and they will have been privy to market information we can only speculate.

For example, having carried out their own DD, they would a) have a far better idea what the current financial forecasts look like and would not want to invest in a Company that is going to dilute their investment in the near future b) current and future business prospects based on pipeline c) detailed analysis of cross selling opportunities based on existing long term relationships and d) being large cornerstone investors in a number of AIM Companies they may see cross selling opportunities they can deliver.

One large sale of Midguard to a FTSE 250 Company (or higher) changes everything here.

the guy is useless, if he said something constructive or challenging fair enough. But promoting Flx a real cyber dog - re call that went to about 60p then when contracts never delivered it was downhill all the way.

Flx listed with 39m shares in issue back in June 2013 - 5 years later they have 10 x shares in issue 400m & still loss making - lossed 75% of it's listing value to date, from 12p down to 3p
