No results but regulator sign off of the latest acquisition due any day now. Happy to continue to hold and be patient because:1. Company confirmed it was already cashflow positive earlier in the year 2. I'm expecting the latest acquisition to deliver £400-500K revenue per year if my digging and guesswork as to the identity of the vendor is correct. 3. As per the previous RNS, the transitional work has already begun and the revenue is flowing so both parties view it as a done deal. 4. This revenue will be on top of the Interval Fund management revenue that will have already started (1.5% of £7m so £105K per annum)5. The recent Half Year results also showed an extra £20m AUM the company has secured which will be bringing in fees. Expect this to accelerate now Chad is on board. 6. With the new broker announced am sure the Broker Note is locked and loaded and now waiting for regulatory sign-off on the acquisition and their sales team will be picking up the phone to their client base singing the praises of ALGW. 7. Warrant Holders still have (I believe) 12 months+ to exercise them so a source of additional funding available to the company should further acquisitions present themselves.

Agreed. Based on discussions at the AGM early this year the company were unhappy with the performance of their previous broker and were going to undertake a beauty parade over the summer. They said it wasn't a huge priority for them but good to see they've made a decision who to move forward with and fingers crossed their client-base are interested in the company, either from a funds investments perspective or buying shares on the open market. BTW - as we look forward into next year I would 100% recommend all Alpha shareholders to attend the next AGM if they can. It was a hugely useful source of information and gave great access to the Board and their Advisors.

Regulatory sign off now three weeks late based on the latest expectation the company set so not too surprising. Clearly a case of when not if though based on the updates from the company that Transition has already started to integrate the acquisition with Alpha and that the finances of the deal assumed a July start date so revenue should already be flowing to Alpha as I see it. I dont think it will take much volume to see a return to 3p given the buying pressure we saw in the run up to the end of September.

Have you all noticed that after his stunning revelations j7niperberry has completely disappeared.
He didn't even have the decency to defend his questioning comments about what he'd heard from the uninformed he listens to.

It's obvious the market makers are offside following the buying spree that started on 15th September when someone put in around £70k and the volume of buys increased massively. I read somewhere that the market makers would need something in the region of 10 million shares just to get back to the break even point let alone have any to sell to buyers. They've been caught short, managed to scare enough people to sell over the last few days and their paid lackeys on the boards have spread enough doubt. Acquisition is going ahead, that's confirmed and there's plenty more news to come that will drive the share price upwards beyond previous 8p highs

He thinks that by putting a question mark at the end of the sentence means it's not Market Manipulation. Anyone who wants to check the actual status of the acquisition can email ALGW Investor Relations on ir@algwplc.com and Mark will happily tell you as much as they are allowed staying within market rules. I would suggest that investors here are very careful believing what's being spouted on the forums at the moment. It seems to me that someone is trying to drive the price down to free up shares.

Strange echo in here. Anyway.... ALGW IR confirmed today that both parties continue to work with the regulator to gain sign off but that they work at their own pace. Interestingly they also confirmed the financial side of the deal actually took effect from July this year hence the comments in the recent RNS about transition already being well underway. But by all means keep up your market manipulation and keen your fingers crossed the FCA dont come knocking.
