Ok thanks, I guess it’s a concern, but to be expected?

I suppose it depends how much they dilute shareholders and more to do with what they intend to do with the money, whether they spend it wisely and create shareholder value or simply waste it on over valued takeovers

Let’s say they place at 2.5p where they are now, does diluting the share like this have a massive impact?

Hi juniperberry1, it depends on the negotiated price of the placement shares. The share price will move to the price of the placement shares. Lets say they promote them too cheap, for example 1.70, then the share price will follow.

I hear that a placement might be incoming for 2023 to pay for further acquisitions. If this is the case, can someone explain how this has an effect on the share price please.

The speed of direction works both ways here, I think we will see 3.5 before we see 1.5 in fact I personally don't think we will ever see 1.5 again here.. good luck anyway.

Fair enough. A ballsy move given the consolidation over the last few weeks. Lets see how it works out for you. ?

That's the key cszjrh2, until the market sees cold hard figures it can't truly value the company right now the valuation is purely speculative.
My take:
$700m AUM generating 0.5% revenue pa is $3.5m revenue so roughly $2.5m after tax minus $1m running costs gives $1.5m earnings, typical P/E is 29 but let's use a conservative 20 for ease of calculations gives a mcap of $30m or an share price of circa 7p at current exchange rates.
Using the typical P/E of 29 gives an mcap of circa 8.2p
Company is clearly undervalued. Market will wake eventually and anyone buying now will see significant profits.

Tough day today with a seller clearly keen to bank a profit / free up some cash for Christmas. From a company perspective with PLAC, AILAC, BOGAF and AAACX all in place it feels like they've put the four cornerstones of the company into place now. It's going to be intriguing to see what else was in the "company blueprint" and will be dropped into place (presumably within the next 12 months given the language in recent RNS) to get us up to the 2B target. Things will start to get exciting when the company starts sharing the figures showing how the different parts of the company are coming together and proving themself more valuable than just the sums of their parts. That's when we'll really go through the gears.
