The ones who missed out at 2p, grow a pair. When there is nothting to criticise, it’s better to get on board, rather than stare at a board, when the share price is rising.
If there’s an rns out tomorrow. Need not worry, You still have a chnace sub 5p.

Just my opinion, based on on their super growth strategy, and recent positive statements

I think the truth here is that some previous ALGW investors were caught out by the recent rise and subsequent news events (the new fund especially) and now want to grab back their previous positions. That is where they are using negative spin and comment to try to doubt and muddle those who are invested.

ALGW are ticking a lot of boxes and moving forward nicely.

The warrant being exercised will the the first port of call for any future fund raising.

In the mean time just chill, this is a beauty of an investment.

It's exactly times like these where prices are rocketing that companies like ALGW will succeed. Many will be looking to get hold of cash as cheaply as they possibly can, jnterest rates rising significantly mean that traditional methods can become unaffordable so they will look to cash in their life policies as a quick and easy way to raise funds to perhaps pay off their mortgage or other debts and have some money left over, thereby making life that bit easier in what are certain to be very difficult times. Markets are a mess and investors will be looking for uncorrelated investments ghat will generate good returns. The HNWI have access to the BOAGF, us mere mortals can now access the life settlements markets through the new fund with a requirement to invest a mere minimum of $2500. I suspect this fund will be attracting a lot of attention and the aum will increase significantly over the coming months and with that increase comes nice healthy income at 1.5% for the company. I'm amazed that people cannot see the bigger picture and listen to those with an agenda that cause them to question their investment. If you can't see the wood because of the trees then you're better off buying premium bonds or taking 1% pa from the bank. This company is in its initial growth phase once the Guernsey acquisition is completed it will have grown from $10 million AUM to over $750 million AUM in a very short time. Every $1 million spent on acquisitions brings in roughly $100 million AUM it's not going to take too much to grow the AUM to $2 billion and I personally think that this will be achieved and surpassed long before the 2025 target. Just have a look at what's going on and it's plain to see where this company is headed.

in difficult markets where assets will be (are) loosing their valuation as the interest goes up and the costs of almost everything are increasing

how I see it - to reach 2B target so soon - they can not reach it by growing organically. Meaning new targets will be bought. Meaning new shares will be issued as the RNS says. When they will be issuing shares - they can do it a little more generous - so they have cash to pay for their expenses. eg issuing shares for their expenses "hidden" in a new aquisition.

imho shares will be issued and at lower prices than it is todays share price

That RNS was not what we were expecting. The only thing I take from that is a possible placement in the future, and increased losses for now.

Not sure what RNS you are reading but it certainly isn't Alphas. "We expect our cash flow to improve, and we continue to believe that we will not require a placing of shares, unless it is for strategic acquisition and growth purposes.""The increase in losses reflects increased marketing activity at the operating company levels, acquisition related costs, and inflationary pressures in regular operating expenditures.""We are looking forward to shortly integrating the Guernsey acquisition previously announced on 24th March therefore substantially increasing our AUM and revenue; the roll out of our innovative and class leading interval fund; and the further strengthening of our Board and leadership team."

GS made a point of stating in a recent interview they would not need another placing but now the results say they may need one or even more than one. He should step down as he has lost my trust. Might even be an issue for the regulators if he is found to have made deliberately misleading comments. And losses actually increased making matters even worse. He should resign.

That has always been the case TS so not really sure why you feel misled. They do have 187m warrants that would most likely be used first if they can convince the holders.

Surprised to see the Results show losses increased and state they may need a placing to fund growth. That's a complete reverse of what we were told. I feel misled.
