That is my view. There was no real volume available to buy at 2.5p all morning then 'suddenly' the price headed south :). Strong buying the last couple of hours. Suspect we will end up pretty much flat compared to the true end of week price at 2.4p.

Danny was committed 100% to the company but when the RCF was no longer being pursued and the company changed its primary focus to the insurance side then essentially his position and expertise was no longer required. The new guy Chad brings a massive amount to the table and I'm excited about where things are going.

Probably spreading himself to thin, and company needed more commitment. Personally, I'm very happy with the new appointment.

"We expect to announce a significant development within our Fund management business within the month.I also look forward to positively updating investors on our Guernsey acquisition by the end of this month."Danny's role was mainly focussed around landing the RCF and bringing in large packets of policies. Now that approach is off the table it makes sense that GS keeps the company structure lean. Chad looks like a exciting appointment given his strong track record managing and growing life settlement funds. Going to be a busy month!

I wonder if we will be told what the AUM will be when the deal closes. When it was signed it was 750 mil.

such a figure will be telling imho but we will se if they publish anything in that regard.

who is managing the assets in the transition period? the old team - but is algw involved at all until deal is finished? TIA

No doubt, as almost always, all those buys at 2p and above will be locked in now as the inevitable lack of news dwindles the share price back down to 1.5p.
