I've shown you facts and it's backed by a RNS, you haven't proven anything just keep on repeating the same rubbish and flawed maths. That's called an opinion which you are perfectly entitled to but it's not fact! |

FACTS
No Auditors appointed several months after
Old Auditors terminated their contract with ALGW not the other way around.
They recorded on file as public record why they did that.
The 2bil AUM promised by 2025 5 years later in only c30% or c700k
Theres on 9 months left to deliver the 70% AUM of 1.3 bil
The company are silent, their PR SM IR COMMS is appauling
GS has very little personal equity in ALGW c1% does have company priced options to be balanced.
Apparently appointing Auditors is easy according to various rampers.....if it is why is now mid March and nada?
Look at the 5 year share chart that tells you the truth and reality.
All time lows and lost 450% of the listing value

ust to make sure everyone is on the same page re: timelines, as per the company's last RNS:
"In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Company will issue a set of UNAUDITED interim financials covering the 12-month period to 31 December 2024, on or before 31 March 2025."
"Accordingly, the next audited financial statements for the Company will be prepared for the 15-month period ending 31 March 2025 and will be required to be released by 31 July 2025."
So despite what some might be saying there's is no cliff-edge at the end of the month.
Actual real information from a RNS not guesswork or hot air. Why no comments or discussion on this? I'm guessing you ain't to keen on actual facts! |

I know that I am one of the negative posters here, but I also know that most of what I say is reported to LSE and deleted by “you all know who you are”. That speaks to a cohort of posters who simply cannot tolerate a difference of opinion. I am sorry for you; you need confirmation bias at all costs.
I was one of the early investors here, and I made a few quid trading it, but eventually I became convinced that GS was a slippery character, and his previous record of UK ventures are a bit odd. GS has very little skin in this game.
None of the original purposes of this company have come to fruition and GS scrambles around looking for distressed insurance companies to acquire in pursuit of a mythical 2 Bn in AUM. The problem with insurance companies is that they have matching liabilities and looking at AUM is a false target. His big name in life settlements, Danny Swick, walked off.
When someone refuses to tell you what’s going on you ought to suspect their motive. When auditors walk away, you ought to wonder why. When the CEO relocates to Bermuda, you think what was wrong with California?
Even the acclaimed BOAGF has relocated to Ireland from Cayman without explanation and seems to be performing below the PR puff if you look at the SEC submissions. It’s not clear if SLIM in Chester is involved anymore. I did ask them and got no reply, which disturbed me
I think that GS and a few of the larger investors would like to see Alpha delist and go private to flog it off. They’ve had the retail punters’ money, spent it, and they don’t want you anymore. So, for me that’s not an investment opportunity.
I am sure this post will be deleted and that speaks to them not me.

Looks like another 1.2p test but it's not chart certain. On that basis I don't want to get caught having sold the lot and rebuying at a premium.
Happy to hold 500k regardless. The rest are tradable.
My gut tells me next news should be positive and that these small sales are just nervous PIs.
Having said that the c900k at 1.16p was disturbing.....why would you? Based on the chart it was always going to bounce.....unless they and the other sellers were enlightened? |
