'While shares are no longer quoted in the market, the company will continue providing annual results. Preliminary financial results to the end of 2022 are expected over the coming months. Audited results are expected in Q2.



Also, the board intends to hold quarterly investor calls and could raise any issues at the next call. Once the Board determines the date of that call, it will be posted to our website.'

To be fair Allied Minds didn't put a bean in last funding and had written its investment off..so anything we get back on OcuTerra is a bonus!I wrote to company secretary to get on any communication updates directly as stock held in nominees..no reply. If anyone does get anything from the company could they let the board know.

I see Bridgecomm are still on a recruitment drive (Associate Control System Design Engineer).

Bobo mentioned quarterly updates from ALM, so hopefully we will hear something next Month.

Great info as ever tks bobo.

It does seem pretty clear that the reduced holding of 16.3% pre-empted the latest funding announcement (albeit a couple of percent lower than we should have expected).

If the NRO contract lands and OSK get the 6 satellites up by the end of the year hopefully no further dilution will be required.

Still plenty of if's but we should be fairly bullish about OSK. 10p?
I have Bridge @ 0p & Ocuterra @ 3p, but FED @ 50p+.

Anyway, all 4 still in play - everything crossed Bridgecomm do their bit.

Thanks bobo..Just a bit disappointing that we have so few investments left and so few valuation changes that when there is one we end up scrabbling around trying to work out if its good or bad with no input from the company. I thought they were going to be able to be more open as a private company but it appears we are on our own !

I'm not sure. My take on the investor call was they had a loan of $5m and $9.3m from raise. Whether that was already done or in the pipeline who knows. They are cash hungry with I understand 60 employees and the raise I suspect is just a bridge till the first, maybe 2nd ghost launches. If they prove to be successful then the company is massively de-risked and they can come back again I'm sure at a much higher valuation. They also should know the outcome of an NRO contract worth $100m pa in March. So when was this actually done? The $10m ..it sounds like the round has only just closed ..i couldn't make the investor call due to prior appointment but anything material on the few remaining holdings should have been set out on the website..there should be a record if material information is disseminated on a call surely.Anyway if your number is right on a $10m fundraise then it looks like our resulting holding is certainly worth less than its in the books at.If one takes our 30% equity dilution in exchange for $10m of new money in then it looks like a $32m pre $42m post new money that would mean our holding worth $6.8m ($10.9m) Some clarity would be good as again there could be warrants on the new money resulting in our diluted interest as happened with federated..they made that sound like an up round when it wasn't at all.

That was from the investor call. Not sure how they came to that figure or what valuation it was attributed to.

Not sure where you get that from but I'm sure you do !Couldn't see anything on website ..has there been a communication from AM?So we had 23.84% fully diluted last round valued (at $ 46m) -$10.96mWe now have 16.21% ( fully diluted?) a 32% dilution.Whereas the $10m relative to $46m is only 21%If it had been done on the same terms as in the book value (ie raising further $10m at pre new $46m) we should have about 18.8% assuming we put no money in so appears a down round. Negative for dilution and holding value.Could be worse as we cannot hold our corner but this would have had to have been announced when listed..i got the impression they would be able to be more open with shareholders once delisted..im sure if there is ever any good news they will !!

Good spot..This i believe was the last position here.So knowing the pre or post money valuation would be a help.I'm sure ALM will let us know at some point.Since its not mentioning an up round i would presume its flat or more likely down which would be another disappointment on progressing a valuation and dilution. The question being how much have we been diluted by? ALM did have 24.1% stake in OSK.

My guess is that we are now down to 18 / 19%?

Yeah, Fed is going from strength to strength. Obviously they have a good story and they’re trying to ride that hockey stick as much as they can but I do believe it’s not just hype but real, tangible progress. If the US market keeps rallying, then you never know - we might get an IPO exit in a couple of years. The monopoly position they have in ESC sensors is a massive barrier to entry and if I could roll my equity into an IPO stake, I’d probably do it subject to valuation. The other bets I have just written off and assumed they’re zeros as they’re so binary. Let’s see. I wonder if they will let us use asset match. My PCF stake got written-up by 10x based on the auction offer price.

Thanks for that..i love the business there but do worry that without being able to hold our corner in future rounds we will get stuffed...happened before and is the risk in private equity if you can't play others trample you.The business needs money now pretty much so we should find out soon enough. Hopefully up round but if new investors coming in valuation and dilution might not please. Rose tinteds off.

There does seem to be some real traction now as the private network ecosystem develops ...there are some big players about and federated seem to be an important piece of the puzzle...could well see offers for federated this year ..will they reflect the longer term value who knows but if they see a decent premium to last fundraise the holding could be worth 40p plus on its own . Rose tinted's on !

Think they are strictly a passive investor there..Harry asked to go on the board but never was invited. Not surprising really ALM didn't support the fundraise and i thought lucky not to get diluted more than they did at the time since they had written it off.

There was no real mention of Occuterra in the investor call. Apart from Bruce's eye patch. I presume we get diluted to oblivion at the next funding unless there is a buy out.
