15/8/2013 16:30 | Thanks for the info Woody, I've noted your recommended titles and will take steps to track a couple down, particularly Grimes. However, in the meantime you're always be welcome to share your view points here, thanks. Nice again to see upward movement again today. | mazarin
15/8/2013 15:33 | Yes on top of the 30k and 45k ! | yorgi
15/8/2013 15:24 | Wow 50k buy | nw99
15/8/2013 14:49 | Buying continuing and full offer is being paid again so another tick up close by the looks of it ! | yorgi
15/8/2013 10:03 | We have now anyway......maybe not streaking away but edging up none the less :-) | yorgi
14/8/2013 13:23 | Having to pay over the offer for a larger buys now.......about to move on possibly. | yorgi
08/8/2013 15:09 | Thanks for ISA info Yorgi, it's clearly slipped under my radar. I'm not particularly worried about APH's minor drift downwards lately. It has solid fundamentals and will recover soon enough. Its mostly driven by news and has, in fact clicked up a tad today. This in my view is just the sort of Company that should be in any ISA portfolio, with good management and a small well covered divi to boot. Another suitable AIM listed Co imv is ECK. I've now flagged this significant change in the header. | mazarin
08/8/2013 13:25 | Mazarin, I was surprised how quickly they implemented it but not complaining :-) What has surprised me how far this drifted down and although we appear to have turned around it seems very slow in it's recovery. | yorgi
08/8/2013 12:48 | Mazarin, Yes from last Monday....I have just added another AIM stock this morning. I use TDD. It is correct. One of those occasions where the government moved quickly ! | yorgi
08/8/2013 12:19 | Yorgi, I'm interested in your comment on Tuesday. I wasn't aware APH could yet be wrapped into an ISA share account. I thought AIM listed stocks were still under review for inclusion into ISA's. Are you sure its quite possible to do it now? If so with what broker? | mazarin
08/8/2013 09:27 | Thanks for posting your Graphs 'Woodcutter', they provide useful date related references, although I personally have no TA skills and therefore appreciate your comments. | mazarin
06/8/2013 17:17 | Welcome on board yorgi. | norbert colon
06/8/2013 15:12 | APH came to my attention earlier in the year after visiting their stand at the Mi show in April. They looked a good investment to me then and better now with the share price having eased back further. I was very pleased to be able to buy some into my ISA yesterday :-) | yorgi
05/8/2013 11:27 | well had to have a little nibble myself this morning. Good yield and decent spread of products so not reliable on just one or two large selling products. Strong operating margins too and undervalued relative to some of the other pharma co's, particularly the per, and forecast earnings of 3.65p this year should be achievable. The chart looks very oversold too imo. the shadows of the last few days candles have bounced back to 31p level so it looks like we may have seen the bottom, aimho. | woodcutter
02/8/2013 11:06 | I feel like I am alone here adding at just over 31p...seems a few other decent trades going through as well so I can see this moving back up shortly. | norbert colon
26/7/2013 10:45 | Interesting to see the sharp drop off in price from 36/38p to current 32p (15% ish) - I have taken the opportunity to add a few more today on basis that 32p (or sub) offers good value and decent enough yield. Not sure why the drop other than growth targets for next 2 years not fantastic and dependent on acquisitions. I am happy to continue to hold / add. | norbert colon
15/7/2013 10:15 | Alliance Pharma: Buy? | phoenix1234
08/7/2013 16:33 | Thought holders may be interested in this update posted last week on Sanofi's Immuncyst resumption of production for APH, that is likely to be ready for distribution early 2014. As ever CEO is cautious in his outlook on Immuncyst future market take-up due to the presence of rival drug now established during Sanofi's untimely absence. | mazarin
19/6/2013 16:43 | downgraded to hold by investec (TP tweaked to 35.8p from 35.2p): Courtesy of brokerforecasts: www.brokerforecasts. | major clanger
07/6/2013 16:26 | Yes it does Steven thanks for that. | yorgi
07/6/2013 16:10 | A good descriptive piece with the following final paragraph"It now has about 60 products, the biggest of which accounts for only 10% of sales,so the necessary diversification is complete. There is a strong supportive shareholder base and the shares have come up from 20p in less than year. One for the long term". Seems a fair assessment. | stevenlondon3
07/6/2013 15:54 | Is there, that's good to hear......any chance of giving us flavour Steven ? | yorgi
07/6/2013 15:41 | There was also a positve article in The Times today. | stevenlondon3
07/6/2013 15:29 | Yeah I did think twice about posting it, and it's defo not in the same category as all-or-nothing miner / oil E&P company... A few more deals like this, ashtons & parsons coming back on stream, the sanofi product (immucyst I think) coming on stream early next year - things look good. If sales can be pushed even 10% on this new deal then I could see them being re-rated towards 50p area... | cisk |
